It disgusts me that people who hurt pedophiles are more harshly sentenced than the pedophiles themselves. Even the ones who have multiple molestation charges. The legal system is so backwards it baffles me.

When I was a kid a guy got arrested for molesting more than 20 children under the age of 10. He spent 3 days in jail and then went back home to his wife and kids. My mom spent 30 days for having roach in the car ashtray…. That was 40 years ago and it still makes me so angry I tremble.

It's every stage of your life for the rest of your life and copeing with substances is pretty much the only way to numb that away whether that be prescribed or illicit and that's why people always judging addicts and the stigma associated with addiction is so sad. I watch dockets for court and parole hearings and it is disturbing how quickly they send these p.o.s out again like its nothing. Our justice system is happier giving addicts sentences then the true monsters who destroyed them to begin with.

Former LEO here. This entire video is exactly why people need to understand Jury Nullification. Basically (very layman terms) a jury has the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to say "yea, he's guilty...but in this case, we don't think the law applies, so he's not going to prison."

It's called a bias an thus makes one unfit to be in the jury. Those who are semantically accurate and unbiased are most fit to fair and equal jury. Every time these creatures get justice, is a blessing. I know how it feels to be a victim, and how hard it is to keep from taking justice in my own hands. I understand choosing my life, family, and loved ones over taking vengeance. I wish you peace and a happy life.

The guards placed him a cellie that was a child molester, it was alleged that my husband beat the cellie, and was charged with aggravated battery with permanent bodily injury, and was sentenced to another 12 years. The additional sentence was overturned when it was appealed, and the alleged victim recanted his version of what happened. My husbands original sentence was reduced to 1 year, and 1 day. A Farts (the short word p*d*s in spanish is translated to farts) life is already lived and are aware of what they do. Why not lifetime or deletus!? Hearing the unheard hero’s furiously let loose on the farts also makes me ease. They did what i would think someone or a parent would do to that fart.
