I have this theory that as a child, the abrupt end would make you imagine your own secret krabby patty recipe to complete the episode in your head. Then as an adult, that memory might get mixed up with reality (the brain is funny like that). Hence why some people swear there was more to that episode when in reality, its all their imagination.
I think most of these “Mandela Effect” cases can be chalked up to people having bad memory. However, I’m convinced that Britney Spears originally wore a headset in that video but it was removed digitally. This would explain why the official merchandise depicts her with a headset, because a lot of it was probably made before the video was released.

The krusty krab training video always ended with the abrupt cutoff and no ingredients being listed. On the Spongebob movie guitar scene I actually had some research because I also thought the guitar would be V shaped. After looking for a while I saw that it might have a simple explanation: Band Geeks On the Band Geeks episode, Sandy is playing a V-shaped purple guitar that looks exactly like I remembered the Spongebob's movie guitar. As for the KK instead of GG, it might just be an association in our head, since we hear Krusty Krabs a lot but we rarely hear Goofy Goober among the series. And the KK's image in our minds can be seen at an episode where they wear the "Kuddly Krab" uniform... So if we remember that the GoofyGoober guitar had two letters, we associate those letters to Krusty Krab and the KKs come from that uniform. Idk if I explained this thing correctly but yes I just wanted to say so. Taking a look back at the comment it looks like I'm high but I'm not, I promise.

I can explain the Statue of Liberty one! The torch had become unsafe for guests to be in so it was closed, same for the crown. I went there on a class trip back in the early 2000s and the whole statue besides the base was off limits because of the construction to repaired the crown and torch. My grandmother also told me she had got into the torch when she was little and came over from Denmark.

Yeah, I think it's some kind of media thing. Schools change curriculum all the time but still stay fifteen years behind. The tomato debacle, and the changing of how the dinosaurs looked. All crap like that happens that makes jaded individuals like me mad whenever we are timed on anything even in games. It's pure stress and it is from being conditioned in school, we're being made to be sheeple, every generation is a more and more refined individual suitable for that kind of "molding" the government are doing to people. 8:30 no way that it was a peanut guitar. I vividly remember Spongebob having the white V shaped guitar in the movie scene at the end
For the Mario 64 RR one, I always knew that the track was covered by rails, the reason why people may not believe so is because of that legendary shortcut you can do at the beginning where you can hop the rail and risk either cutting half the map or going back to the finish line. You may have also been hit by a shell and the bounce you got may have hopped you over the railing as well.

I'm so happy somebody brought up the Wii Mini, I thought I was completely alone there. I found out it existed a couple months ago, and as a super Nintendo kid, that surprises me. I will admit that it is likely it was just overshadowed by the Wii U at the time and wasn't really heavily advertised to American audiences. I was also really caught off guard by the Spongebob guitar Mandela effect. I rewatched the movie earlier this year and I could have sworn the guitar was V-shaped. On another note, it has always been John Deere, I remember very vividly being confused with its spelling as a kid, many people are probably confused because they just heard the name and made assumptions without really checking into it, and the guy's road was probably named that as a reference to the store but also to avoid being purely a reference to the establishment.

I remember when the Wii Mini was new here in Canada and thought it was weird when I randomly saw it at Walmart as a kid. Came out right after the Wii U and looked so different from the regular wii. I am a proud owner of a wii mini and I know for a fact that this console was forgotten because my younger brother would tell his friends at school that he had a wii mini years later and they just stared at him like “wth is a wii mini?” And they asked him “you mean a Wii U?” And he said “no a wii mini”. After that encounter I asked my friends and they said the exact same thing and I live in the U.S. so this was quite a shock that still to this day no one has ever heard of it or remember it’s existence.

Tbh, the console is just uninteressting besides the diffrent Disk-drive. I personally saw it advertised prerelease in a Mickey Mouse magazine and thought that it sounds pretty pointless. Though when I found out all these years later how poorly the thing actually sold, I was pretty surprised. These "downgrades with a lower prize" always seemed to sell at least semi-decently. It can't even be that the Wiiu obliterated it, because that sold poorly for the first few years too(I'm one of the few who had the full Wiiu experience because I got it basically right away for a birthday.), just not as badly as the Wii Mini.

The Mario Kart Rainbow Road might have to do with the fact that F-Zero X has the same track in one of the cups (maybe the Joker Cup?). In that version the layout is the same, but there are sections where you can simply fall off if you aren't careful. Both are on N64, sold a lot, played by a lot of kids a number of years ago. That's my best guess as to why people misremember it.

Another one is that the Smurf Cat doesn't actually have a cane. He is wearing a satchel, but everyone seems to agree he carries a stick
I think I have an explanation for the Great Pumpkin Mandela effect. Poptropica, a Flash game that was sort of popular when I was a kid, had an island based on "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". During the scene that reenacts Snoopy rising out from the punpkin patch and fooling Linus into thinking he was the Great Pumpkin, Snoopy has a pumpkin on his head. It's possible this might be a contributing factor to that particular Mandela effect.
