16 MINUTES UPPER BODY WORKOUT - WITH WATER BOTTLE - NO REPEAT

STRONG UPPER BODY!
This is a 16 minutes workout, comprised of 18 different exercises, each exercise is 45 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest.
Ideally, if you have small dumbbells (up to 2kgs) you should use them, otherwise just do like me and use water bottles of 1.5L, you can use half bottles as well.
Enjoy, and focus on your form in every exercise that we do, make sure you are targeting the correct muscles that we are working. Do it slowly and never give up!
If you feel that you need to take a break, pause the video and continue when you are ready to go.

Really liked it, thank you ! But wouldn't it be wiser to work out the big muscle groups (back and chest) before the small ones (biceps and triceps) ? I felt I could barealy do half of the push-ups I would usually do. Thanks anyway for the amazing video ! :)
