Well I kinda disagree 😅 the shape can't be mistaken as anything else than the crossfield class. but the overall Hull decoration instantly brought the arbiter class from STO into my mind, as this colour scheme is very similar. however the deflector dish actually brought something else to the table: the narendra class. so for me it's not the galaxy class, but the updated predecessor of it, the ambassador class. however... if the wanderer class would become a new skin for my terran crossfield class in STO... count me in, that one would be mine ^^ Great design and a glorious presentation of it 👏 👌

Coming back to this shipyard after centuries, is a neat situation. As the Terminator said on Terminator Genesys "Old, but not obsolete" comes to mind. It also reminds me of personally buying a crate of World War I Bolt-Action rifles, rebuilding/ ordering newer/ remanufactured parts that take advantage of more modern MFG and Material standards; can make an older piece of equipment more viable and competitive in the present day!

Loving the way the details on the back of the spine appear from the top views especially The shaping of the sweeping curves seems VERY reminiscent of the galaxy classes shape, and other “black highlighted” designs showed a shallower sloped version of the galaxy class…which this closely resembles. Another great example of the blending of styles to show a “familial” similarity

Looking at all the angles several classes come to mind. The shape of the cross field. The secondary hull of the Titan class from STO. The saucer, neck and nacelles having the aesthetic of the Andromeda class, with the Titan secondary hull having refit crossfield wing pylons. Overall a very good looking ship I would love to see in STO as a miracle worker pure science vessel.

Interesting idea to marry the Crossfield with STO's Galaxy family design as well. I'm sorry but the subtle curve on the top of the saucer around the main shuttlebay just doesn't seem to fit right in my eyes at least with the rest of the more angular look. But overall a nice alternate to the ingame Glenn updated hull.

I've often thought about how Star Trek used to stick to just a few various designs. Well in the 60s we knew it was Just the TV budget. But even TNG era. Just rehashed alot of older models with just a few new ones. But besides diffrent ship designs for diffrent mission profiles. New ship designs could keep your enemies guessing on what is this new ship capable of? How many phasers and quantum torpedoes can it carry. How fast can she travel? I feel constant ship design helps with defense as well.

Except for the nacelles, and the obviously not Otis designed turbo....lift,car,pod,rollercoaster of truly stupid design.... oh, I thought the main deflector could've been tweaked- then thought the side grilles might have be components to the deflector. Apparently many, as by your definition, anything with a saucer section is a "pizza cutter" :P

Yes, that's right, it affectionately was... But that was because of the cut out in the Crossfield Classes Saucer Section... This design does not have those features! ;) Thus not a Pizza Cutter :P

At the least Yeager class was as it was a kit bash - the people who designed the wonderer are admitting it - too many elements of other ships design - nothing making it an original class - not fit me
