154. Porridge bread

Cooking for my Arthritis with an anti-inflammatory diet:
Porridge Bread Recipe:
500g Whole-Fat Greek Yogurt
360g Porridge Oats
40g Sunflower Seeds
40g Pumpkin Seeds
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
Bake 180C 50 minutes, remove from mould and bake out of mould for a further 10 minutes

    Thanks for this recipe, it looks very easy to make. I shall try it. Have you tried toasting it?
