I realized the benefits of investing during this pandemic. My source of income had previously been my job. But I lost my job when the pandemic started and I had to live with the little I had in my savings which really affected my plans.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise.

You are right. I made a very big mistake in my life. I tried getting rich by sprint. Eight years ago since I arrived here in Canada, I always play the lottery every day. Last month I decided to totaled my lottery expenses and I was shocked! It's more than $70,000!!! Now I am so depressed and devastated. I don't know what to do now.

Great video. I’ve watched several of such youtube videos. I believe now is a great time to diversify your portfolio and investing strategies. I’ve watched KZread videos on how to trade and invest in the market but haven't made any head start because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands

We're at step 12, though our business has only been going for 3 years. It's successful, we're reinvesting in it continually, and we're trying not to neglect the cash cow or live as if we're rich. I haven't found a personal mentor and prefer to seek guidance and community from others online (I'm an extreme introvert, which is why our business is an online POD model) and books. I've tried to diversify by starting additional online POD shops that cater to different niches, but they haven't taken off nearly as well as our primary business so far. When we get to step 15, I'd like to pass the business on to our sons, but that's very much a work in progress since neither shows a lot of interest in being an entrepreneur (though the youngest says he'd rather keep the business going himself rather than sell it off someday).

I literally watch this video like 3 times a week. Constantly need reminders!

@@axelblaze9927 for me it was rental properties. If you decide to buy income properties three rules that have been true since the beginning of time is location, location, location. Be ready to work your butt off, but with a high school education I own about two millions in real estate free and clear. Last but not least NEVER buy in a sellers market, unless you find a seller that just want out or an estate sale where they just want to make a quick buck from an inherited property. Well that's what worked for me, but you'll have to figure it out for yourself. The hardest part is to get over the fear and just do it.

I am addicted to this channel i don't know why..? I may be fall in love with the voice and interresting contents. I wish one day get rich and my story wrtten here:).

I'm a writer, technically a published author (amazon), and a businessman at heart. My imagination is stuck in hyperdrive, I have literally more writing projects than I have time for, and business ideas are a close second. Several months ago, I had to stop working due to health issues, and I'm currently waiting for disability. Until then, I have no income, and have had no income for months. On top of that, on a more personal note, my kids now live 2 times zones away, and I'm living with, and taking care of, my parents. Money, or lack there of, and the inaccessibility to it could easily be called my main problem. However, it is seconded by the fact that I couldn't sell water in the desert. I need a salesman on my team, not just someone to stand there shouting "Get your fresh fruit (or whatever) here!" A real salesman, a negotiator, someone who can sell salt to slugs. Someone who can convince potential investors that my ideas are worth their money.

I don’t save much but I invest a lot in my studies and culture awareness. I’m very very very well traveled, as I work for aviation. I’m very well disciplined and focus, physically I workout, health conscious about what I eat, very excessive with my skin care routine, I know and love brand items but all bought in sales. I keep moving my money or salary in small worth courses such psychology, how to own your business, now invested in one bachelor degree and 3 masters which I will finish it around March 2021 for all. I have 1000 ideas how to start business as I have seen from bigger to small from worst to the best so I know what I want. Definitely working in television in the near future. As well I believe I’m very good in therapy and very good in relationships solutions. I always see and have solutions which always work well. I’m extremely good in styling people and I have extremely good eyes and ideas for fashion.

Step 2.5 #truth #truealuxer I am a 30y/o Hollywood entertainment attorney in my 5th year of practice. After the first 2-3 years of "paying my dues", I finally hit 6 figures last year and paid off a substantial part of my debt. This year, I changed focus on expanding my book of business and adding revenue streams. I lost my primary job because of it. To be honest, right now I’m a student who is dabbling in small jobs of translating English to Turkish or vice versa. After saving some money, I’ll be building a company with a niche that I don’t want to share. Also I’m planing on real estate investment since I have 3 more years to graduate. Since last year - when I started watching alux- my finances improved significantly. I was a compulsive shopper with two maxed out credit cards and no savings at all but now I automated my savings and cancelled one credit card. I’m nearly debt free and ,thanks to you guys, financially educated.

How about doing a salon brand with product and startup kit for franchise. Small beauty startups in Philippines can buy the franchise with your brand, your products, your equipment kit and a salon business startup training kit. It's a really great way to grow!

You are doing great! You should keep buying real estate but diversify from single units, to multiunits, to commercial, business, retail and luxury through real estate ETFs, and DRIPs. Buy ETFs. Only use your earns to buy assets.

It depends on the location and your target market. If you want to cater to the broad C, then might as well use your Australian salon as leverage so the clients in the Philippines will know that your brand is international. Present what your brand has that others are still trying to perfect. The salon industry is a challenging one since there are also established names in the country already. You may want to expand your real estate portfolio by diversifying like AirBnB, etc.

Working in the business and working towards outsourcing next year.

This has been one of my favorite videos of all time. One thing for sure, I have earned 68% plus, in my overall portfolio of stocks. I used to have a wide range of different stocks. but now, I only hold, no more than 5 different companies at a time.it's made a huge difference in my journey of wealth.

Just found you all in the last few days. Thank you so much for the straightforward, plain speaking guidance. Currently in the R&D stage, assessing the feasibility of two wildly divergent product ideas and gaining the base knowledge/training to determine which has the most likely opportunity for success in the marketplace. They are neck and neck, so I'm having a hard time deciding which product/service provides the best opportunity for success. Neither would be an 'easy' product to produce yet both would be excellent businesses for growth and maybe even dominance in select fields of science/technology. How do you make such a choice? Once made, I have to be all in as I'm probably older than the average person seeking to improve their finances here, but I'd like to leave a Legacy to my children that they can keep improving and moving forward when I'm gone. TRUTH

#truth I always come online to get my alux sunday videos to start the week. It keeps me going and gives me best suggestion of books to read so far. The amount of information I have consumed so far from alux and books alone is just amazing. Practising what I learn every day makes me feel better, thanks alux, I am happy you exist in my life. Refering to this awesome guide ( I alway like your videos before i view :)) coz i know it is worth it ), I am struggling with picking a single idea from a choice of 3 or more to start , then I end up with elation and day dream . I do take note of creative aspect but I dont know where to start when forming smart goals , and then moving on to the tangibility. I personally lack the numbers side, so whenever I google regarding business models to learn, I get overwhelmed, misled and end up brain blocked. Therefore my productivity for the day is getting affected and no progress. Need help the best you can suggest like if you guys are launching a kind of training program or something. I do understand that it is different for different business and is case by case , but if possible, any general aspects , kindly share with us. I dont mind signing up to get more insights n knowledge if there is such a course to learn. There is gazillion courses out there but hard to filter , exhausting and spoiled for choices . But you guys do the best research , so even if you guys dont launch such programs but can point to one it will be great. Great video! I totally confirmed all steps and the order of them. I am 4 years into my trucking business overseas. I started with one truck and borrowed a trailer now i have 4 brand new trucks and trailers. I am also buying and selling trucks using buyers money and my own money sometimes. I have not use any money from the business profit instead I used all my resources to improve my it. I will start saving the profit now to invest in real estate sort of diversifying my portfolio while trying to have more cash flow and capital gain. I was sure of what i was doing. This video took my confidence steps ahead. Keep grinding everyone.

I'm searching this kind of video in Alux.com during the hard time on pandemic situation. Btw i'm in step 13 which is building the network before the pandemic. My business industries (Offline Event-Travel-Bar) was hit the most, so i'm started to look back from step 1. Thank you for the reminding me back to the old time, btw the timeline is accurate!
