One of my big favorites i hear from a relative IS "SO what are you thinking?" then about 1/2 hour later "so what are you thinking?" after about 2 hours later "so what are you thinking?" I know he is plotting something bad.

She's refusing my boys to see me and I allowed her lies and words effect me emotionally and physically to where i just stayed in bed and cried on/off!! I'm glad I started watching your videos!! Thank you!!!

This is great. I have a manager who is a grandiose narcissist - hired by another manager who was fired and now I have her teams. OMG. I saw this right away in the first 3 months (yes, it took that long...) I am going to use these phrases immediately as we start to manage this toxicity out of the organization.

My husband did most of those things when he was ambushed by two pastors who were fomenting false accusations against my family. These guys are power-hungry and Thuggish. It’s really sad that the rest of the elder body let them behave that way. No wonder they basically lost it And started exposing themselves with screaming and reviling.

Referring to past actions of a narc isn't always just "dredging up the past." It's demonstrating a pattern of behavior they have. But we can provide a lot more recent examples. 😀

This is tough to use with your manager who is defending the narcissistic employees false allegation against me for text harassment while she's off the clock. Union representative was with us and siding with her even when i have evidence that i never text her. Its the other way around, she texts me. Literally i was told to cut it out or i will lose my job. They refuse to see my phone records. Sadly, my narcissist ex husband to be sent her texts. Now im the target.

Wow. I just had occasion to use "then we'll have to agree to disagree". THAT really made her mad. But it shut her down. I'm just trying to help with something I don't completely understand Her instructions weren't clear from any objective standard. Took it as an opportunity to yell at me like I was a dog. I even told her not to yell at me. But every time I stated my point, she just yelled and said I don't have a brain. So I just said "Then we'll have to agree to disagree". Honked her off, but it shut her up.
