15 Minute Full Body Workout (15 मिनट पूरे शरीर की कसरत ) ~ Thighs, Arms & Abs
Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 15 minute full body toning home workout without equipment and without jumping. We will do 15 different exercise moves to tone the body. We do each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. We will focus the first 5 exercises on the legs, thighs and glutes; the next 5 exercises will work the arms (triceps especially), chest and back; and the final 5 exercises will work the abs and target the lower belly, upper belly and obliques (aka 11 line abs).
There is no jumping in this workout. You can use a mat or a soft surface to complete this home workout.
You can pair this workout with a cardio workout if you're looking for a bit more sweaty heart-pumping workout session, looking to burn more calories, lose weight or burn fat (belly fat especially)! There are some cardio workouts on the channel. Here are a link to a couple of them -

    Hi Ria mamm..ek swal tha jab bhi workout krti ho 2 se 3 din tik chlta 4 din pain shoro joint pain nhi (moch ai asa lgta ) specialy jab jumping jacks aur skiping kri tab ..muscles pain hota buht ziyda itna k chal bhi nhi skti tik se.. to kiya krna hoga? Ase hi continue krna chahiye aur agr rest krna hoga to kab tak rest lena hoga ..plz ans
