So here we have a fun combination of bouncing and using weights. Because it is only a short workout then why not challenge yourself and go for a slightly heavier weight, like a 1.5kg or even a 2kg!! Just remember its a bit of fun and enjoy.

I must say that nothing tones the shoulders quite as fast as doing weights on the rebounder. Great Job.

Hello from Glasgow, Scotland UK. I am so glad to have found your fitness videos on you tube. I am 53, I have serious lower back and hip pain and had a v bad fall 2 years ago which has left me with problems related to a fractured leg and dislocated ankle and soft tissue trauma and I am sure my back has suffered in that fall too all were significant injuries. I am also v overweight and have found so far, your beginners seniors rebounder workout easy to follow and I am able to mostly complete it so thank you as I have had such difficulties in regaining fitness in the last few years.

Sooo good! HARD! Gave it a whirl with 2kg dumbbells - could barely do it. My muscles have gotten too used to doing your awesome 20 for 2020 weighted bounce vid (my absolute favourite!) Great little workout - thanks xx

I needed a 15 minute bounce to tack on to my strength training and this one definitely did not disappoint. The added weights makes it so much more. As you would say, I’m a sweaty mess. Thank you Claire!!!

Not done this for a while so thought Hey , lets start my day with this. 🥵🥵Oh my life , I forgot there was 3 rounds. Im a sweaty , jelly armed mess 😂😂Those straddles are brutal....i used 2kg 🤦🏼♀️Still enjoyed it though, a real goodie this one 💪🏻

😂😂😂 Sheer bloody mindedness and not wanting to admit defeat. I don’t think my bounces were up to much but I was moving. 😂😂
I would like your voice commands to be a little louder please. I found the music overpowered you a bit. Other than that, really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Sorry about that. This is an old workout and we are always trying to improve as we learn more about technology. Maybe try some of our newer workouts and hopefully it will be better
