Welcome to Day 4 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight's 15 minute yoga class will start off with some side body stretches before getting into our shoulders, chest, spine and finally hips. If you've been sitting a lot today, this should feel really good!
We'll explore poses like sphinx, broken wing and pigeon pose. Suitable for all levels, no props required.

# evening Im 79 years old and very stiff. I cant sit cross legged like you . But I’ve been doing your neck and shoulder classes and now I’m really enjoying the Evening yoga flow for sleep…but can you think of of any stretches that I could do every day to just get more fluid, and be able to sit cross legged better without my knees poking up ..im just so tight …I’ve so enjoyed each and every one of your short classes. I cannot do the classes like a vinyassa flow as there is too much movement and I can’t keep up or get dizzy. But I so enjoy each and every one of your classes I have tried…

I had to laugh when I was lying in the broken wing pose in pain trying to hold it for the full time when she said to repeat the affirmation "in this moment all is well"🤣 but glad I managed it, feel like I've had a PROPER stretch now, I do these after work 8 hours sitting hunched over a computer all day and they help me enjoy the rest of my evening when I get home so thanks x

Today’s affirmation was so far hardest to internalize but tried my best to understanding it🙏🏻Yesterday I did the yoga practice three hour’s before my alarm so that included this feels like a victory and I can’t wait what tomorrow’s session brings! ☮️

Thank you so very much for sharing this with no props. I suffer from fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis and severe anxiety so home is where I exercise and on my own time. I am so very thankful for you and your knowledge. These videos are a life saver for me having been a dancer and now learning yoga for my health and well-being.
The affirmations are wonderful-they are real & applicable. I’m finding the flows have more rigour than your normal evening yoga flows-this isn’t a complaint at all, just an observation that these particular flows have more intensity for me personally. Thanks for all you do.
I love doing yin yoga after cardio and strength workouts. Sometimes even after an intense vinyasa. Your yin videos are my go-to!
This goes perfect after a gentle hatha. You're the best.
Evening #four of the yoga flow which I have been finding beneficial. I've had years of sleep disturbance and these yin yoga practices are slowly improving my sleep. Nothing dramatically but sure is significant for someone who values quality sleep. I've also noticed my hips aren't as sore from when I started, so looking forward to progressing with this challenge :)

Tonight was harder somehow; last night I felt perfectly in sync and aligned with every pose, but tonight my body and mind resisted and I felt some frustration come up but also just a lot of aches and pains from the day. By the end though, I had finally found my center and the peaceful flow that came so easily last night. In a way, that made tonight better (oddly enough) - I guess because I appreciated it more. Really enjoying this challenge! Wish some of the poses lasted longer. I feel like I just get the hang of it and have to move again.
