Join me, Tawny Janae, for a 15 Min Weighted Abs Workout where no equipment? No problem! Grab your mat, and if you have them, some light weights (1-5 lbs), and get ready to sculpt those abs with movements that promise to be fun and effective. Whether you have weights or not, this session is designed to strengthen and tone your core from the comfort of your floor-no standing necessary!
Expect to engage deeply with your core muscles through a series of movements that will have your abs feeling the burn. We'll start with basic crunches, move into dynamic leg and arm extensions, and wrap up with oblique twists-all done at a controlled, Pilates-sculpt pace to maximize muscle engagement and growth.

    *Hi T! Great work-out thanks! Just quick video tip. We learned in Cinematography class to zoom in the camera lens on the critical topic area only! We don't need to see your whole living room just the outline of your body motions. Keep the camera shot tight into the area of interest only which is your range of motion in the workout! Keep building your channel girl! Good job!*

    Great a workout! I used 2lb weights. Did this after bicycling 3 miles. Felt SO good to add this to my workout. Love all your videos! I’m @chelsybyoga and from Cali currently living in oregon ✌🏼
