15 MIN| Ultimate FULL Body Kettlebell At Home Workout (Single Kettlebell)
FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest. One round has 7 exercises in, once the 7 are done you get a 60 seconds rest between each round. 3 rounds to complete for the full 10 minute workout.
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

Only just discovered kettlebells, I love the after exercise feeling. You feel well worked, tired and sweaty but not physically destroyed like some other exercise types.

Dear lord, 20kg for most othis hurt ( 12kg on overhead)
Why you need to talk at all? Just record the damn workout, and use video editing tools to write all the info.
