One of the best things about Desiree's mini workouts is that you can pair it with her other workouts. And if you don't have a lot of time it's a nice way to get the body moving in-between a busy day. 💖 can't wait for the next one.

I did it! And it was so good! 🔥💪🏻🔥 I paired it with another HIIT style workout of yours and as someone said in the comments I felt it in other parts of my body as well. And those stretches... So nice. ❤️💐❤️ Definitely will be doing it again! 😊

While perimenopause hasn't been the nicest to me, the body remembers. Doing ballet (and everything else!) with your guidance feels like a homecomeing. 🙏🥰

Glad you’re enjoying it so far Evelin! My weights are super light - I think 3 lbs! I think 5lbs is ideal or 10 if you’re super strong. 🥰
I hope you are not eliminating repeat HIITS all together. Some of us love them. I feel like you really get in the reps needed for results when you do two sets. Awesome to see some weights incorporated. Everyone is saying weights is where it’s at for results. I love Pilates but definitely excited to incorporate some weighted movements. Hope your well!!
