This was honestly the most relaxing thing I have done all week. I am about to go to bed early and I didn't realize how tight and stressed I was until I did this and it made me just feel so peaceful 😌 ❤ thank you bird ❤.

I have anxiety and I did your 10min morning stretch’s and it helped my anxiety relax so you videos are amazing thank you, it’s the soothing music in the background and your voice letting you know what to do next! i just wanted to say that moms with babies this yoga session is perfect! my baby is 10 months & because we stayed on the floor the whole video i was able to have him sit on me or next to me the whole time & engage. loved this one!
I woke up early to do this before getting ready for work. It was soo damn relaxing I almost fell asleep at the end😭

Congrats 🥰♥️ as this isnt created to be pregnancy yoga please be sure to advise your midwives or doctor about what poses you should and should be doing as many yoga poses can pose risk 🙏 if you’re uncertain I highly recommend boho beautiful prenatal yoga and brett larkin’s prenatal yoga to keep you consistent during your pregnancy ♥️
