Namaste Bird. I very much appreciate your breath cues. It seems so simple but yet sometimes I feel I’m almost holding my breath during some of the poses. And in those moments where you remind us to breathe I’m reminded of how important breath is. It truly is life🙏🏻🧿🧘🏼♀️

I loved the jazz music during the practice. My body has been sore for over a week and this relieved me so surprisingly I bawled on the final shavasana. It was a long final pose and I think I needed that to sit in my feelings after so long. Thank you. Subscribed.

I’m trying to train my inner voice to sound like you. “Be Gentle” has become one of my main mantras, and I have to say it almost a hundred times daily. While I feel like I could still improve, I think it’s a lot easier to be gentle with others more than yourself. I’m struggling a lot right now, and I don’t make it to the mat most days. But when I do, it feels good, and I give myself gratitude. I deserve that. Thanks, Bird. You taught me that

I am so grateful for your videos. I have trouble with my SI joint (took me 3 years for the diagnosis) and I've started to integrate yoga into my daily routine. Wow i have never experienced so much peace with a yoga video , usually when im about to relax another move comes and that makes me so anxious at the end because i dont have a chance to actually relax ... I think this is the first session i've done in my nearly 3 years of doing yoga spontaneously where I nearly feel asleep during shavasana! That 5 minutes felt like pure 5 seconds of bliss lol. I thought the video had ended and immediately jerked awake when you started talking lol. What a great practice! I think people often brush off how important it is so incorporate deep breathing and passive poses. Ty so much. Namaste
