You will definitely sweat and most likely struggle during those 15 minutes .. but that's alright. Just don't quit.
But this killer workout burns a lot of calories - and that's what we need sometimes, right?
▸ In those 15min, you will burn anything between 80-150kcal, depending on your weight, height and fitness level.

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :) If you need more breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

    Doing 4 days a week to lose as much weight as possible for 20 weeks Starting weight: 159 GOAL: 135lbs WEEK 1: ✅ Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Weight: 158.2 WEEK 2: ✅ Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ This past week has been SO difficult for me to continue doing this, but I never gave in to that dread, I kept going, I’m pretty proud of myself 💕 158.2 (I’ve had some stomach problems and I’m on my period so that might affect it) WEEK 3: Day 1: ✅ oh I did NOT want to do it today, whoop, also just last week I could only last 4 seconds in the plank, today I did the full 30 sec… not sure what happened there. Day 2: ✅ it was somehow much harder than any time I’ve done this…??     biology student here, if you're breathing heavily and struggling to catch you breath, don't give up! fat leaves your body through the breaths you exhale, sweat and urine. it gets broken down into carbon dioxide in your body! just remember that as you breathe, you're also breathing out fat ;)) // edit: guys i'm not suggesting that you should intentionally overexert yourselves to the point where you're breathing very heavily, it was just a little fyi that the byproducts of fat metabolism leaves your body as your breathe out! please know your body's limits, take good care of yourselves and stay safe xx

    Just wanted to say that doing this lil workout 4 or 5 times a week combined with a decent diet totally helped me out. It took time tho, like 2 or 3 months before I started seeing results, but it made me feel so ecstatic. I could literally see parts of my body slowly trimming down and becoming more defined. Plus my mental health was at a all time high...until I messed up my knee and lost all that progress 🙃 BUT I'm back here to do this all over again because it gave me actual results instead of doing cardio all the time. So, thank you Pamela and good luck everyone else ~

    Today worked out according to this vid again! Finally im not busy and i dont hv to separate this workout into doing it in 2places (office and home). And i still replaced some difficult part (run out of strength) with some easy parts (butt kick, knee tap ,etc) ,and my style of rest is doing it slowly and dont rewind even i spend some more extra sec to think of which easy trick to choose to replace the endless burpees😂❤ Plus, i went to the gym for 30 min afterwards and go for a run for 10km. The most productive day ever! Thanks Pamela for giving me a good start!

    keeping track here! starting weight 45.8kg (just a reminder i am not anorexic or anything i am only 150-151 cm - and im turning 12 in 3 months and i feel fat so hahah) day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: X (rest day) instead I did pamelas six pack workout :) day 5: ✅ day 6: X i did pamela's six pack workout day 7: X i did pamela's six pack workout (hiit isn't good if u do it every day :)) day 8: ✅ 45.2kg! day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: X (did pamela's ab workout) also am now 44.6kg in the morning before any food :) day 14: X (first rest day) day 15: ✅now 44.4 kg even after breakfast and lunch! day 16: ✅ day 17: ✅ (now 43.8kg) GUYS THIS RLY WORKS! i didn't diet i just made sure not to eat a lot of snacks and i've had like cheetos, lays and pringles during this, my tips are stop when ur full, give yourself a cheat snack don't limit yourself too much you will end up craving it in the middle of the night and that is not good, avoid desserts like ice cream instead u can freeze some watermelon and make a watermelon ice cream/sorbet ITS SO GOOD and when you feel like snacking eat fruits or corn or sweet potato (i recommend since it keeps u full) and my best snack tip is BANANAS sometimes my lunch isn't good when i eat it at school so I just eat a banana and eat a small snack when i get home, don't skip breakfast its gonna make you hungry and (at least for me) i end up binging w/ chips and stretch to avoid sore muscles, i like pamela's 6 minute one :) day 18: ✅ (now 43.6kg) day 19: X (did pamela's ab workout) since HIIT isn't good everyday day 20: X (I had dance) day 21: ✅ (did this along w/ dance class) day 22: ✅ day 23: ✅ day 24: X day 25: X ab workout! day 26: ✅ day 27: X ab workout! day 28: X (had dance again) day 29: ✅ day 30: ✅ day 31: ✅ also am officially 43.6kg last time i checked ! (last week) haha day 32: ✅ day 33: X (ab workout) day 34: X (I went on holiday at this time) day 35: X day 36: X day 37: ✅ day 38: X (still on holiday) day 39: (still on holiday) day 40: ✅ (now 42.5kg) forgot to update but i stopped doing it after 2 months and im now 39kg, i just run on the treadmill once a week or i just try to do fun stuff that burns calories like jumping on the trampoline!

    A tiktoker recommend Pamela for getting ab results and I was curious to see Pamela’s videos and this one popped up!!!! I used to do this workout religiously in the beginning of quarantine!!!     DrinkWater! Well it’s kinda tricky because although she has muscle tone she also has a low body fat percentage which she achieved from dieting and stuff. So my tip is do weight training and eat healthy but also don’t restrict. We all are super different so more muscle on you will look different to more muscle on me and stuff. Like you can have more muscle but your body fat percentage isn’t low enough for you to see the muscles really well but they’re there and they’re working and burning those calories

    day 1: im so tired i can hardly type and even lying on the floor is too difficult day 2: scared to press play. the second day is even worse. it is now obvious that 2 months of popcorn and netflix come at a price. b back tmrw day 3: this is actually getting better! i made it through (just) and managed to walk to the shower afterwards rather than crawling (yay) thank you to the person who liked this :) you motivated me to keep going tysm day 4: still sweating like a pig but its soooo much easier now and im starting to see the difference! day 5: abs are in sight! this workout is hard but belive me its worth it! it also gets easier the whole time :) day 6: today i made it through the whole thing with no pausing/ skipping out the ends of excersises to everyone out there who is just starting and/or struggling keep going its sooooooooo worth it!! day 7: it is getting soooo much easier and i can really see the difference yayyy day 8:(ok i forgot to update y'all sorry) its getting a lot easier, looking in the mirror you can really see the difference im so happy EDIT thx for all the likes and support you all motivated me to keep going tysmmm okay so im back and i wanted to just clear some things up!! 1. i did this for about a month (sorry i forgot to keep track) and i lost a ton of weight and looked so much betterrrr but i dont rlly do it anymore cuz i do laccrosse and now i train for that instead :) 2. i didnt change what i ate but i eat kinda healthily anyways 3. i dont have instagram or a chanel but i try to reply to everyones comments!!!     Don't be scared If u will do her workout, you will be fit and slime. I am the prove.     @@beth-13 Yeah, I've been doing them for 2 month now, and my body looks waaayy better. My posture improved, my core is toned and the legs are much more in shape. But apart from looks I just feel much stronger, and also I breathe way slowlier, cause her workouts are mostly cardio. I have to mention that I didn't work out at all before.

    I tried this workout for the first time maybe a month ago or so, and I had to pause like 3 times for rest breaks. Since then I've been doing a lot of other cardio and strength workouts, but I haven't tried this one again until today. Made it all the way through without pausing the video once! Seeing the difference in my performance after a month of working out regularly is sooo encouraging!!!

I must've forgotten how hard it actually is bc it almost killed me 🤣 Thank you Pam for all you've given us, I've been following you for almost 2 years and doing your workouts, you made me so much stronger and healthier and happier!!! 🤍🤍🤍 To anyone reading this and perhaps thinking about joining: DO IT and I promise you'll never regret it, even if you can't manage to do every exercise in the beginning, in time you'll get there. 2 years ago I wasn't able to do any ot this correctly and I took a ridiculous amount of breaks but that's totally fine.     After 45 days of training myself regularly, i am able to do this entire workout routine end to end with Pamela. I am grateful to have gained so much strength and stamina.     doing this everyday for two weeks and i’ll update as I go: day 1: this workout is a killer. I had to stop quite a bit. completed✅ day 2: didn’t stop as much but definitely still super hard. completed ✅ day 3: getting easier stomach is starting to be a little more tight✅ day 4: only took a few breaks; i’ve lost 1.5 pounds. completed ✅ day 5: only took one break today, definitely starting to see results :)) i also ran 1.5 miles today. completed ✅ day 6: today was harder then before which was probably because i was sore and my form got better completed ✅ day 7: wasn’t feeling it today and i’m getting really discouraged because i’m not seeing the results i want but completed ✅ day 8: was rough in the beginning but ended strong. really starting to see new muscles forming in my core, legs, and arms. completed ✅ day 9: did much better today, feeling good!😊completed ✅ day 10:this workout definitely does more for your legs then anything! this was the first day with 0 breaks at all:)) completed✅ day 11: same as day 10, feeling good. only a few more days!! completed ✅ day 12: today felt so much easier then normal!! i’m seeing abs, yay :) completed ✅ day 13: same as day 12!! one more day! completed ✅ day 14: today was my last day. i’ve only lost about 2.5 pounds but ik i’ve gained quite a bit of muscle mass! becoming more confident :)) hey guys, so since quarantine i have gotten really out of shape and i’ve gained like 4 pounds lol so i decided to do this workout again just to see how out of shape i am and i forgot how incredibly hard this workout is bahaha i’m deaddd

    If she gave you rests then she would be giving you An actual hiit workout. Hiit needs breaks that’s the whole point. So dont feel bad you can’t do without rests

    @@user-dn9hv4xb4v I have. My journey started with Chloe Ting last year (Jan.2020, ~180lbs). I also got exercise burnout, diet fall off as well during 2020. I think I started Pamela late summer 2020 (still strictly Pam). Currently (April 2021)156lbs, (still a ways to go with weight lost goal). At some point this year, I will go between Pamela &Chloe workout program or Pam & someone else. On my cardio days, I do Chloe's ab exercises.

    I will be doing this workout every day for 3 weeks. (maybe longer) I write down my progress every day to motivate myself and others!! I've also done the workout 4 times so far, but I've always taken a 1-2 day break in between. I hope I can make it through the 3 weeks without a break. Day 1: Done!! -It was difficult, but compared to the first day I've definitely gotten better. It's also the first time I haven't taken an extra break. Day 2: I had no motivation, but I did it anyway. I'm completely knocked out. was about the same as yesterday Day 3: I was pretty unmotivated again, but I made it anyway. I took a short drinking break every 3-5 exercises. Otherwise I wouldn't have made it Day 4: I was a bit more motivated today. Today's workout was actually a little easier than usual. I didn't really take any extra breaks. But once I was briefly interrupted Day 5: Today's workout was like day 3. It was tough and I took 2 extra drink breaks (around 10 seconds). I'm pretty tired now - what I have noticed so far: I feel knocked out after the workout, but somehow stronger than before. The workout is a little easier for me than at the beginning. Also, I choose to take a break every Sunday so my muscles can rest.

    Guys, believe me this workout is the best! Just after 1 week I lost 1,5 kg! The first 2-3 it will be hard, Im not gonna lie. After the 2-3 days the workout will seem shorter and easier. Trust me! I also didn’t have a specifiek diet. I just ate in smaller portions, more vegetables and less sugar. I did have a cheat day, where I ate everything I wanted, but tha day after that i didn’ eat for 12 hours. I did this workout with another 10 min legs and abs workout and lost 5 kg in a month! (sorry btw for my English, its not my mother language)

    I’m just here to say thank you because your hitt workout have helped me so much!!!! I’ve done them for only 10 min/day for 2 weeks and i became much more fit. I used to not be able to do push-ups and now I can do three (kinda embarrassing…) and I used to be only able to hold a plank for 10 seconds and now I can do 40 seconds! I also play volleyball and I was never able to block because of my low vertical but recently I started to be able to block! These improvements may not seem to be a lot but I’m so happy with it right now 😭😭

    if you do burpees without the jumps it’s soooooo much easier. plus you can focus on going faster and bringing up your heart rate instead of trying not to wake up the entire neighborhood because your jumping is so loud

    i’m around 70-75 kg. i’m trying to get ready for summer so i will do this for as long as i can. *DAY 1* ✅ -i had to take A LOt of breaks and i was really out of breath but did it anyway! *DAY 2*- 5 months later LMAOO I’m at 59kg now i carried on with this workout but not everyday cuz that’s just too much. i did it like 3x a week with other workouts and ate in a calorie deficit + 10k step everyday! A while later: I’m currently at 55kg and really happy with my body! I have been carrying on with the workout 1x a week with a lot of waking and calorie deficit. I noticed as time went on the weight falls off abit slower so I was more so working out to feel good. 🎀
