    I'll be completely honest, I did this for like 4 days in a row (while trying not to binge as much as I usually do), and even after not doing it for a few days now, my stomach has gone down significantly! I would defo recommended at least trying it out for a week straight to see if there's a difference!

    These look like African moves to me. Ms Zimbabwe do your traditional dance movements, you’ll enjoy it more and get quicker results.

    Curious. But, how? I am trying really hard to imagine how you lose the far? I picture it involves a little movement of the stomach. That, is not enough to get rid of fat. It has to be a little more rigorous. More fun to it than losing fat! It would be informative to explain how you lose the fat. Thanks.

    I don't know the science behind it, but if you're doing any high energy workout you lose fat, I used to dance and dancing is very good for losing calories. I mentioned on another comment here as well, my stomach went down after trying this for 4 days in a row, I just try to keep up the energy (so I sweat more) and I tense my stomach the whole it time. I was really shocked that it helped me cos I honestly didn't have much hope! Give it a try, you won't lose anything from doing so!

    Why don't you try putting women who actually have a lot of belly fat in the exercise group.??? All these women looking shape to me. Doesn't give to anyone who has belly fat the incentive, with in shape women
