I think servicing is only 1 day matter in a year. Rest everything is fine. You can also look for Skoda Slavia as both are almost same car, if skoda is near your home.

Hey, Ac is not working properly in virtus 1.0,also there's rattling from dashboard ,ive jot even completed 700 kms,is this happening to you ⁉️⁉️

I'm considering VW virtus(because of its presence) and Honda City (because of many other things). Is VW maintenance costly compared to Honda? Are spare parts affordable

The car owner has explained everything regarding the maintenance package in this video. Honda city being a naturally aspirated engine will be more affordable as compared to a turbocharged engine.

If performance is a priority for you, then go with VW. The City is no doubt very plush from inside, but it really disappoints when it comes to roll-on acceleration. If you want to make quick overtakes on trucks or while at speed on highways, you have to plan your moves carefully, there is no torque at cruising speeds. A turbo engine (even the smaller 1.0 L one) eliminates that problem

1250 kg hai virtus and honda city is 1107 kg.. Car shud be of good quality. Maintenance is fine . Honda city LED headlight is Rs 50,000 per piece.. Nthg is cheap nowadays.

Any day VW Virtus. Honda City and Civic were great cars in 2007-11 era when NA engines ruled the market. Not in 2024 though. Once you drive a turbo with dsg gearbox, there is no going back. Anything else will feel ancient.

How much on road it costed you for BH series, if I may ask?

You can pay the RTO charges of 1.5L in seven installments with the BH series number. This reduces the on-road cost of your car by 1.35L intially.

Based on our estimate, the cost for the service will be around 10-12k. It would be a better choice to opt for a 4-year service pack.

The service cost come below 6000. My friend has virtus. By the way why chose virtus over city? M confused between two. City is reliable, comfort is better. Never to worry for 15 yrs.

@SushantRawale Sedans are always best as far as comfort is concerned. Due to low Centre of Gravity and less Body Roll. You will relatively feel better in Sedans as compared to SUV’s however 800 Km journey is considered very long. You can go with this car as It will be good for elder members.

Also you will feel car has to put extra efforts to achieve speed in elevate. Same Honda City engine in elevate. Still if you wanna go for elevate go for a lower trim and get all the features from Karol bagh easily available.

Actually the comparison is from 2 different segment. Obviously you will feel more power in TurboPetrol engine than Naturally aspirated engine. Even I have uploaded Honda Elevate pros and cons video which you may see. Elevate is good for lower models but first you should decide which body type you want, SUV or Sedans.

I think highline variant is giving all the necessary features. Topline will give you auto headlamps and auto rain sensing wipers, ventilated seats & electric sunroof. These are good to have features but not the must to have features. The price difference is also around 1.5 lacs ex showroom. On roads pricing will be even more higher. You should go with highline variant. On road prices depends on your state & city so you may negotiate a little in insurance. Rest RTO charges are non negotiable. But I think if Ex showroom is 13.38 lac then its a good deal. You may ask them to close deal in exactly 14lacs. All the best 😊👍

Virtus Topline 1 Litre TSI Manual👍

I have a contact who is looking to sell his virtus topline 1L TSI MT in 13.3 lacs in Bengalore. He has done ppf on it. Only 12k KM driven and he bought it in 2023. Im not sure if i should buy it or not. It’s my first ever car. My initial budget was arounf 10 lacs but after looking at virtus, i am not liking any other car.

that sounds like a good price. Check the car thoroughly, possibly get a mechanic to verify and check it's history at a nearby SC as well. If all is good, go for it! But if possible, pick an automatic. You should be able to find a Highline AT at the same price, possibly a little lower. Your left leg will thank you in the future, especially in the terrible Bangalore traffic.

Bhai go for it.. I recently purchased virtus 1.0 tsi highline MT .. initially thoda lag feel hota hai... But after 2nd gear rocket hai ye.. in city m getting an average of 12 and on highway around 16. It's just 45 days old.

As the car is only 11 months old so a major service is still pending but in minor service the owner revealed about the software update after which he is facing the issue of frequent disconnection of wireless android auto. Maybe he will rectify it in next service. Rest he would be satisfied with the servicing as this is his second VW’s car.

It was minor touch from sides as you can see in video. The cow was fine as it was not a front collision. Even the damage in car is not much visible. Nice😊👍
