Verna just got 5 star GNCAP safety rating yesterday, so it's a viable option to consider now in this sedan segment. I still think Slavia is nicer but expensive to maintain.

It was viable earlier as well, albeit with a pinch of salt. But now with proven strength, its a better package. Though I still prefer Euro and Japs over Verna for dynamics and stability. I wish Verna gets a stiffer suspension. in the form of N Line.

Hey... Nice info... I have a doubt... Does its rear suspension press down when having 5 people sitting inside with full luggage in boot?.. Like it happens in Suzuki cars does it the same way in Virtus GT?

Not like Suzuki. But thoda to hoga hi like in every car. Very much better than Suzuki and Hyundai cars.

I got the virtus on Dhanteras and just driven for 2 days and after Diwali it was again back to showroom for infosystem issues. 😔😔😔Still waiting for the update from company.

being a doctor you clearly understand people have been doing some crazy shit in their whole life which they weren't suppose to. But that's not the point. Majority public is satisfied with netural cars because it serves their purpose. That's only thing. Even a 6000rs phone serves everyone's purpose. Still people go and buy, 20k, 40k, or even 1.6 lac rupees phones. So the point is VW cars handle better than City and are much sharper to maneouver and control which city lacks in my experience. So if you are someone driven by crowd then it's upto you because mojaority of people are. They wanna make safe choices looking at everyone around them. Only some people are into making their own ways and having all the fun out there.

Only coz of mileage. 90% of maruti and honda sales are due to good mileage. Most people don't care about driving fun and performance. They just don't want single digit mileage figures, even if it means laggy gearbox and slow performance.

It depends on person to person. If he did not felt connection with Honda city that is okay as when I took test drive of Virtus 1.0 ltr TSI I didn’t like the turbo sound (not similar to diesel engines) coming inside the cabin. All the game is of turbo which is at very low RPM it feels good to drive but not linear and smooth which was annoying. Also the plastic quality of the car does not feel good at the price they are asking for the car. Handling was good. At last this car will not last for long as manufacturing is in India. Virtus is not a no nonsense car. City is far better in fit and finish and comfort. Ciaz is smooth. Verna is premium. Virtus is fun to drive. No car is perfect but the best for those who own it ❤❤
