My Hope was gone at the thought of needing to buy 3,838,380 tickets.

When you buy every single combination, then you are not winning the lottery you are just buying the win. A massive difference.

Everybody I told for the past 30 years about trying out this method said I was nuts because the odds were to great. Simple. Lotts does not want to pay for jackpots. Companies or governments can make more from quickpickers and so on when the jackpot is becoming bigger and bigger while noone is claiming it.

That was the UK National Lottery. There were other UK lotteries, which he won, before that one was announced in 1994.

Not every lottery works the same. Some lotteries only draw from the sold tickets. The prizepool in those lotteries is smaller than the purchasing price of all sold ticket. However Mandel's method involves lotteries that draw random numbers in a range. This means that the winning lottery combination often isn't sold. With those conditions lottery companies can make the prizepool much larger; some winning combinations will not be sold anyway. Mandel understood the maths and calculated in which lottery the prizepool was 3 times purchasing price of all possible combinations. His method only works if he is the only one doing this.

No, it isn't. It's like a Wal-Mart saying okay one of our items will win you $100,000 when you buy it, go. Normal shoppers would fill buggies. But it would be like you paying others to also fill their buggies for you and buying almost the entire store. Sure, you're most likely going to win the $100,000 but it's not fair to the others that just have the one item or one buggy. And Wal-Mart putting a stop to that would NOT be Wal-Mart not wanting you to win. 🙄

Any other game base on chances could be won by a similar trick. The resourceful can always use that trick, the lucky winner would have to share. That trick has a flaw; it becomes less rewarding. Back in 2007 I missed the "lotto south" by 1 number. I still won a few hundred. But it wasn't $14 million. What's worse, the thought came to me, "I should bet 8, 9, 10 along with those three higher numbers" then I argued with myself, "nah I'm going to play 8,9,11 because three consecutive numbers will never come in and 10 is ice cold." Long story short, I'm still middleclass. Ug. That night, the $14 million went out to someone else and they closed the lotto south. :-(

My family and i are homeless. We got kicked out from our own house at my 18th birthday. My father managed to beg his employer to let us live in the company's warehouse but his boss only allowed him to live in there so we started living our seperate lives after that. There was a thing in the country of serbia. There was a show on tv where the object of the game was: you call the show and give them a unique number with two decimals, basically a price. After a few h0urs of playing whoever had called in the lowest but unique number, wins a car. Important to know for the story, when you call in your lowest number and automated system tells you if you have the lowest unique number or not.But after a while they figured out that the same guy had won dozens of cars, but had friends etc. Come collect the prize as the supposed winner. How did he do it? He basically had connected several computers and mobile phones and automatically called in a number after number and the computers would calculate what the right number to call in was. The guy got arrested, but he basically said it wasnt illegal, but the show and the police claimed he hadnt played in the "spirit" of the game. No idea how the lawsuit ended. Well i hope you liked my story.

It’s basically a mathematical matrix based on law of averages to condense the combos hence the investment required, ie, combo - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. will never and has never come out so start deleting that one and so on. Takes lots of research and time but not impossible- just improbable 😂😂😂

I won the Kerala lottery around 5-6 times. Highest prize was only Rs 5000 and lower Rs 100.

You can pick whatever numbers you want in a lottery. Why does it matter HOW you pick the numbers, or how MANY tickets you buy? He figured out the math, a system, and deserves all he won. 💪

This was great, I've been looking for "delta lotto calculator" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Zenulian Lottify Bonkers - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got amazing success with it.

I consider myself lucky. I won 2nd place twice on a 5/39 lottery. Prize is not big like the main lottery but 2nd place is little over $600 USD. Won twice so around $1200 USD + over the course of 1 year.

Probably never heard of him cause he left Melbourne about 28 years ago after scamming investors when they “won” $US27M in the Virginia lottery and the FBI was alerted cause he bought every combo- lots tickets! Then taken to court to fight it then disappeared, last time I heard he lives in Solomon Islands where nobody knows him, what a classic Lone Wolf.

I’ve noticed a pattern I still won’t buy that many tickets at once

It works yes but a few hurdles to jump through - condensation of the combo matrix, financing the purchase ( about $1.5M ), finding a shop to process all those tickets in time before the draw THEN hoping no one else wins first division with you.

I am a Romanian myself, and i'm actually proud of the fact that there are some intelligent people like him. If you know some staff about my country's politics and how about bad the government actually is, you will be happy and proud of him. The government is actually ruining our country's reputation. I just had to say it, but we're not here to talk about Romania.

There is a formula to win and that is to play every week in a syndicate. I win every week by being in a syndicate that only costs me $18 a week. Last year I won $100,000 my share of a syndicate of 10 and $153,0000 back in 2016 which helped to save my company from going under. I play OzLotteries every week automatically so I don't miss out. I won $192 last week. Have to be in it to win it.

I don’t understand where the “mathematical genius” part comes into play. He just bought all the number combinations - there’s no genius involved in that. I would think a more genius way to do it is to calculate the probability of numbers appearing again because if you know that the number “2” appeared in the last lottery due to odds it is less likely to appear in the next lottery and if you kept history you could probably make predictions on which numbers haven’t appeared in awhile. That would be in the realm of genius - what this guy did wasn’t anything special. Professional lottery players go for the minor prizes as the odds are better.

In the video they mentioned that he was able to predict 5/6 numbers for some lotteries in Romania which I'm sure required genius level math skills. He also created algorithms and intricate plans for carrying out such a global endeavor. The average person simply doesn't do this.

It gets a little bit more complicated when you have to share a prize with other potential winners. Some high school probability math is needed.

The reactions of the authorities are priceless. Instead of adding a few more numbers to make the scheme unwinnable, they the forbid printing of tickets and buying them in bulk. How lame.

The amount lottery numbers is linked to the expected number of unique tickets. Adding a number (so 7 numbers instead of 6) gives approximately 40 times more combinations. This also means that the chance of someone winning the lottery with decrease 40 times. No lottery would want to create a system where the jackpot is only hit once or twice in a decade.

He literally just bought every combination there was from 1-40

Learned that there is nothing here that shows you how to win the lottery.

I thought the guy had a "system" for picking at least 5 winning numbers? Not to mention, his system of buying up all of the numbers has one flaw and a risk, if independent player(s) also pick the winning numbers and he shares the jackpot. All I got to say is he is a bold and brilliant man. The administrative and organizational genius of this fellow is quite extraordinary.

Well, I was expecting something that did not require buying millions of tickets, but cool video and smart man.😁👍
