Seems I read in the bible, that there are souls in heaven, waiting for bodies here on the earth, and God warns us, it is better not to have children, because their chance of making it back will be minimal. I'm going from memory, but I think that is what kind of what it says! It's better not to have children so I don't think that there are souls that will go into bodies that are created here on this earth, just going from what I believe. My first two children babies died, and I know that they went to heaven, they had just got here, they went right back! There were twins boy and girl, my wife was too small of a human being, to carry them both at once, unfortunately they both died, but I know they went back straight back to our heavenly father.
