Here’s a 14 day detox diet that I am following and sharing with all of you. The things that you should eat more of, and the things that you should avoid in this detox. 1 Luke warm water and lemon juice or or amla 2 lots of water 3 dinner by 7-8 4 dinner and breakfast gap 12 hours 5 add lots of fibber ie veggies 6 no milk 🥛 7 no wheat 8 no sugar gur or honey 9 rice is ok brown and white both ok

It's really awesome. Chhavi I always look forward to watch you especially after being a mom. Also trying best to tightening my flabby lower abdominal muscles post C sec. Inspired from your recent video of the exercise for toning up my lower abdominal muscles. If I need to ask few query what's the way. Tried on Instagram posts but I think you must not read that as you're super busy to read the comment. Can you please tell how to ask questions and where to post them so that you can reply my questions
14 day detox tips.... * Warm lemon or aamla water 1st thing in d morning. *Have lot of water throughout the day. *Have dinner before 8pm. *Do intermittent fasting 12:12. *Have lots and lot of fiber lyk spinach, brocolli nd veggies. *Avoid Milk,sugar, honey, jaggary, Wheat, bread,junk for 14 days....

Hi Chaavi.. U r doing a fab job. U sound so convincing. Kudos to you. I rarely eat sugar but could you please tell why we need to avoid jaggery and honey also? As these r the options I use to sweeten anything.

Is there any alternative to sugar/sweeteners and wheat (apart from rice)? Also, isn’t wheat supposed to be a good form of fiver? I’m just very curious. Please throw some light if possible. Thanks 🙏
