The sunken exercise room has three skylights and a huge window with outdoor views - and steps up to the double door entry for the impressive master suite. This luxuriously sized personal oasis features a sitting area warmed by a fireplace with concrete facade, while the bedroom area has two walls of windows with spectacular outdoor views, and two walk-outs onto its private wrap-around balcony. The massive walk-in closet has a vaulted ceiling, and custom closet organizers. The equally luxurious washroom has a water closet; a fireplace surrounded by a stacked stone feature wall; a two-person glass shower with his-and-her rain showers; a floating vanity with counter top basins; a freestanding tub; a sauna room; and a walk-out onto the master suite balcony.

Yeah, I dont like stairs without risers, it gives support for extra weight.
This house is so beautiful. It’s like a dream and you can imagine yourself living there. I loved all the rooms. Each room had a different and vibrant colours and all different shapes and airy feel.
Lol 😂 I pointed at the screen and said "aha!" after seeing the mysterious door opener on camera lol

The color palette is amazing 😍 it looks like an Italian villa The Apple green The deep blue pool The bright white The natural light flooding in The lush gardens That bed facing the giant corner windows and a closet to die for Just so much to love about this house wow! I just love it all
I can imagine them drawing my chalk line the right beside the stairs with one-sided railing lol the most gorgeous thing about this house is the backyard... The inside, while nice, the layout is very awkward to say the least. I can't see this being a family home. Even though it has a lot of space, I picture this home to be for a middle-aged single person with money to blow. This home is definitely not kid friendly.

I like the way loads of sunlight and the surrounding natural beauty is peeping in through the large windows in every room giving each room an unique look and the feel of being in nature without the use of too much furniture
I just fell in love. The interior is only half the story. Check out that back yard. Its a world unto itself. XD

The only thing I don't like about this house is the fact that you have to go through the gym to get to the master bedroom especially if that room is considered another bedroom I wouldn't want another bedroom attached to my master bedroom. Where is the separate entrance to the master bedroom? Nope too weird for me.

The stair case was way off as well I would feel like I might fall off plus just walking by the staircase it looks like you could run into it. I do love the yard but I’m sorry folks I would have to pass on this mansion .

That's exactly what I thought too! But you could perhaps turn it into a sitting room? Or as someone else has said, a baby's bedroom, then later on turn it into a sitting room. That way the sitting room is part of the bedroom 🤷🏼♀️
This is a definite kids dream. I could see my niece and nephew living here with their friends hanging out.

Green must be the home owners favorite color because of the pops of the color green throughout the house .... it’s a beautiful home but the green island had me confuckled reminded me of green Formica in the 60s & 70s , yes I’m telling my age 😁

The only thing I would do different to this house is add another see-through panel to the other side of the staircase and change out the mustard yellow paint in the bedroom. I would also carpet the staircase.

The layout of the house seems a little weird on the main floor.Did I see a bedroom on the first floor? The kitchen island is too far from the stove and fridge. It’s supposed to be arms length from each other when cooking or preparing food. Needs to tear down some of the walls. Overall, it’s a nice house.

O Gosh... 🙂🥰😊😊😊😊🧸💋 I’m in love with this house..... loooooooooove the stairs.... 😍😍🥰❤️😊🧸❣️💫 But the landscaping - HEAVEN ON EARTH.... ohhh ... I want it.... 🙂💫💫 It’s a perfect love nest ..... 💋👄👄👄❣️ Would change island in the kitchen and black chairs... and think I would put French double door in dining room instead of these 3 square windows .... bedroom upstairs love it... balcony .. ohh .. God ... it is so so rare to find something like that ... and swimming pool area .. and flowers... YES IM IN LOVE WITH THIS ONE... wonder how much is it?
