It’s a unfinished/unrenovated basement. It’s the owners choice to make the basement renovated.
Even though this home is big, it still establishes a nice, comfy, warm homey feel. The grey tones. The hardwood floor and marble flooring in the Chef's dream kitchen... Gorgeous home. The listing of the home is over 2 mil damn!

Houses in this area are beautiful. I served in a wedding at one and I got to go inside..I was AMAZED. So nice
Very eloquent. Extremely cozy atmosphere. The neutral, earthy elements and chicness of the entire inside of house is about as soft and elegant as home-living it gives off. I would definitely live here.
