wait so a basic shoulder press dumbell or barbell isnt one of the top 13 lifts? do we need 4 versions of upright rows?
The lateral pull ups are the worst exercise you can do. Just asking for injury. I have the surgery to prove it

Because you started off by overloading and before you could even warm up. Warm up, by stretching and start with light weights😊

إختر ٤ تمارين فقط ، و قُم بأداء كل تمرين ٣ إلى ٤ مجموعات بحيث كل مجموعة 10-12 تكرار. هذا كافٍ جداً
