    I've been re visiting some of my favourites and this is one of many. Who knew there could be that many ways to spice up a jumping jack and still be fun. 🎉 I used my 1.5 kg this time and while a little bit more challenging i still loved it. But my arms definitely needed scaffolding to hold them up for the one arm jacks 🥴🥵Just brilliant 👌🏻👌🏻

    Needed cheering up today, its so damp and gloomy. This did the trick.Highly recommend as a mood lifter😊😊😊 And i love a split jack. You can go mad with that one. 😂😂And i smiled all the way through 😁😁😁

    Claire, this was a delight! I added light ankle weights and hand weights just to increase the calorie burn. The faster snippet of music is my favorite, very uplifting and happy! I may do this workout twice in a row! And you are looking fit and fabulous, my dear!! --Suzanne

    I see you use several different mini trampolines. If you don't mind saying, which one do you like the best? I currently have a Jumpsport and I was thinking about buying a Bellicon.

    Yes we use 3 brands currently. So we like to be able to offer our followers choice depending on their price bracket and location. The JumpSport and Bellicon are 2 very well made rebounders. The cords on the Bellicon we have are stronger and so therefore offer us a firmer bounce and enabling us to work at a faster pace, whereas the JumpSport is a slightly softer bounce. I like that trampoline when I want a more low impact day. So we don’t necessarily have a preference as such it just depends on then workouts we are doing. Can I ask why you would consider getting a Bellicon if you have a JumpSport?     One of my go-to bounces for a quickie! But today I was so exhausted after some heavy weights that I had to slow the pace but that’s what I love about rebounding; we can adjust any workout to how we feel that day 🫶🏼
