12 Minute Yoga in Bed to Unwind

This is a 12 minute yoga sequence (okay 11 minutes and some odd seconds) that you can do to quickly unwind after a long day. In the routine, we'll release tension from the head down starting with the neck, chest, shoulders, arms, upper back, lower back, hips, hamstrings and finally we end in a relaxing pose, ready for a good night's sleep. Hope you enjoy!

Tugce Sena Gurkan it really calmed mine as well . i hv horrible panic and anixety attacks daily. i found when i started this it calms all of my senses. her voice is very soothing as well namesta

its amazing how yoga changes your whole thought process releasing tension, anger, worry anxiety etc. its a miracle.

Thank you for this. There are times I just feel that yoga can be too painful versus relaxing. I can feel the chi moving through my body with your wonderful exercises. Thank you!
This was amazing! First I worroed my bed wouldn't be big enough for the practise but everything was perfect. Your voice is beautiful and relaxing! Just what I needed.

THANK YOU FOR THIS! This video put my husband and I to sleep last night. I woke up this morning with NO BACK PAIN whatsoever. I haven't been pain free in years. Ive been doing this the last few night's and just putting it nicely my mobility isnt the greatest and you made me feel so welcomed . I found doing this with ease and no pressure at all , definitely love doing these exercises each night feeling relaxed and at ease ive finally found a video that doesnt make me feel stupid or like a failure thankyou so much ☺.

Hi Candace, these yoga in bed sequences are awesome! It's just what I need after a busy and hectic day working with preschoolers. Just the right amount of yoga time after a hard days work; great transition into shower, dinner and relax! Thanks so much🙂❤️

This practice gave me the best unwind/sleep ever. You’ll feel at ease as you follow her to the sound of her voice, and minutes later you’ll feel your body simply just relax. Almost feels like it’s sinking into the mattress and ugh the sleep!! Beautiful. Set an intention before the practice (good dreams, waking up well rested, ease stress) it’s amazing. Suffering from tonsillitis , Tmj and got a tooth extraction and trust me this relaxed me. Gonna do it every morning

Performed this in the morning instead of night and it was also VERY relaxing.. it helpless me wake my body up in a gentle way!

I have insomnia and paranoia and this lowered both surprisingly my paranoia lowered it calmed me

First ever yoga in bed that I did and this was just great! I don't know if it's normal to yawn during the poses but I certainly did a few times, so a good sign, I'm guessing.

I totally understand - that's why I have these shorter yoga vids. I realized a lot of people feel like they have to do a whole 60+ min class in order to get the benefits, but you really don't. A few minutes per day can make SUCH a difference!!
