    I've started doing this every morning, to get myself back into the routine of stretching regularly. I've been really enjoying it, and noticed some general back and shoulder pains I was having start to reduce. I know this is a very simple little routine for beginners, but I really appreciate you posting it - it's the perfect level for me! Thank you :)
