    I love all the workout routines you post. The exercises are great, I feel they are challenging but "doable" (I am 66), you show them at just the right speed, they are so varied (never boring), your voice is very pleasant and encouraging, and the interior design of each exercise video is so pleasant to look at while exercising.     Bonnie you are right there are different body types and NOTHING can alter that I am very fortunate to have a body type never have had cellulite or dimpled fetid don't have fat I am 72 years old and have never been over weight love the Fab, 50's workout!

    I have trouble on the floor so did 1st half then picked up another standing type. Combined they are powerful. Thank you Schellea.
