Yep! There it is! The leg/ behind strengten/toner routine my body is craving💥 I appreciate you and your sweet gentle and targeted approach to appropriate exercise for our age!
The ankle weights definitely made it challenging. It was a nice change from other leg focused videos. I used 4lb weights on each leg. 😊

My hubby and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Brisbane Australia recently and I kept thinking of you and wondering what part of Australia you are in? I'm sure you mentioned it previously, but I don't recall! It was fabulous and we will be coming back again! This is a great video! I love when your dog hangs around when you work out! Our dogs do the same thing! They play around our legs and bring us toys to throw for them when we are trying to focus on our moves!!! Lol

I do appreciate you and everything you are doing for us women over 50. I just wish that you would be alternating between the right and left legs. It’s too difficult for me to do all the leg exercises on one side. Your doggie is so adorable!
