What an amazing short and effective pilates workout!!! I just finished it!! Please do more 30 min pilates workout and add some more advanced exercise. Your workouts help me to get back my body after having three children. My fat disappear and my body looks more healthy than before. You are amazing. I love you.

You do it like you were doing dance without any hardness and when I did it I was sweating like a 🐷😅😅
I couldn't focus on the last seconds of each move because i was distracted by figuring out what's next move, i wish there was some seconds pause between each move.

First time I have tried one of your workouts and in 2 minds about it. I enjoyed the flow to an extent but really prefer a bit more time between the moves to ensure I know what to do and try to get it right. I would also prefer some commentary to explain any specific teaching points for breathing, balance, focus etc. Maybe this style isn't for me? 😢
