everyone with hip issues: remember this workout is hard, even on people with well functioning hips, so it'll naturally be very challenging for us. take all the breaks you need to, skip an exercise if needed, and listen to your body! this could either be very helpful or harmful. if it hurts while doing the exercise, but feels good when you take a break, it's healthy! if it hurts while taking a break too, it's probably not the right class for you. be proud of yourself either way for doing your best and taking care of yourself

Idk if I’m just sore, but that was the hardest 12 minute workout I’ve ever done. Got a booty cramp haha

Really appreciate this being both knee and wrist friendly!! I broke my wrist back in May and this has been the only workout I’ve found since that I don’t have to modify!

I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart kzread.infoUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.

Love this one! I needed to do some strengthening with my right glute as I was injured 6 years ago and finally thought to work on strengthening it. Definitely felt the burn with this quick workout. I was sore for 2 days or so. My goal is to do this every other day for a month and see what results I get with my glutes.

I used to do Chloe Ting's challenges but I would never finish them because she has cardio. Here at your exercises, I can feel my muscles without sweat and it's awesome!!! Probably I do need cardio as a lymph drainage, but after cardio, I quit workouts for months, so your videos help me not to procrastinate. Hopefully, I will finish November Pilates.
