11 Month 2nd Hair Transplant Update | 4000 GRAFTS FUE | I MESSED UP (bad haircut)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I speak about my eleventh month update of the second hair transplant i got from Istanbul Turkey. I recently went for a hair cut with a new barber and it proved to be costly. I talk about what happened and what I am doing to deal with it. This is after my 2nd experience of the FUE hair transplant (4000 grafts) I got in Istanbul, Turkey from Vera Clinic to cover my crown.

Hi Amit, its good to see you again bro 😀 You remembre me ? I decided and get for that 2nd HT like i told you after watching your 2nd HTH video !!! (2.5 month now from my 2nd ) its normal that you expect better results on the crown especially after putting those last 4000 gtafts IN THE CROWN ! Well like you allready know for sure you have to wait that 8 month to give the full chance for those 4k grafts to grow. But your hair looks mainly and honestly awesome now 🔥🔥 and yes , you are right a good barber is harder to find now (for me also ) .I perfectly understa, your feelings because i was a NW6 you remembre 😆..(1st HT 5000K) + (2nd HT 4k) in total that's also 9k or even 8k because i dont expect them that they implant 5k the first time (they cheated me (like in many places in Turkey)). Anyway it def change you dude 👍 and THANKS A LOT MAN TOO SHOW US ALL YOUR JOURNEY. I wish you all the best 🤗

Yeah, this is exactly why I started cutting my own hair. When I moved to a different city I went to like 5+ different barbers and they never cut it the way I wanted so I just got some scissors/clippers and a really good multidirectional mirror and now I’m happy! It takes about an hour to do just because I want it perfect but it’s exactly how I want.

Thanks for the video I got my crown done a month ago and I prefer my hair being short but didn’t even think that it will look super thin even with the transplant. So now I know gotta keep it longish. Btw this was my 3rd hair transplant. First 2 didn’t do enough and 5 times more expensive in the US and didn’t even touch the crown. Got my 3rd in Turkey and feel so much better about it and hoping to do one more to fill in the thinner areas and using anything I have left in my donor area plus as much I can give from my beard to use those thick follicles to make it look more dense.

Dermatch would work amazingly in your crown, you have enough hair in that area where it would look very natural. The fibers would be great also but I think Dermatch is more cost effective. You should actually make a video reviewing the different concealers to see what works best for you

I had an fue hair transplant in London in august 2023. I had 2800 grafts placed on my hairline and crown. I have also noticed much slower growth on my crown compared to the hairline. I was told that it may take up to 18 months to see great results in the crown area. However, I remember the doctor mentioning the crown is the black hole for hair transplants!

I think that the method I've been using so far is not too invasive because I'm not using Revita Shampoo. I'm using Iraltone Fortifying Shampoo two days a week (Spanish laboratories are good too). I used DS Dandrene Shampoo two days a week to avoid dandruff and the other days I could use any normal shampoo I want so I use Garnier Fructis. I'm able to get Aminoter D capsules that basically contain all the vitamins and stuff you showed in this video. At mornings I apply Lacer Pilexil Forte and at nights I apply DS Polaris NR-11 Minoxidil. These three guys are expensive :( I think you don't need another hair transplant. Just avoid that last barber and that's all. You look really great! :)

I have had thee hair transplants. My age is 53 at this point, and in a good position in terms of stability regarding my loss. Couple of points from a person that has literally tried everything. First, dermarolling made my hair worse. Regarding minoxidil, have always used the Kirkland brand liquid. The foam does not actually get on your scalp from what I've found. Using two drop fulls at night to cover all the areas of the scalp that are prone to balding. The trick is to dab the dropper everywhere you need growth. Also, stop using any oils on the scalp. Lastly, you are best suited to go with a #2-#3 hair guard on the sides and the back. The trick is to do the comb up (literally), up over the crown .I grow the hair from just bellow the crown, and then comb upwards. keeping the top long (just use scissors to cut the top). Use the clippers on the bottom of the back of the head, and go up/stop where the hair gets thinner (bottom of the crown). This has made a big difference for me for sure. Depending on your age, you have to decide whether it is worth making the crown thicker, or wait to use any donor hair left for touch ups in the future. You are in a good place man regarding your hair. You just need to make a few adjustments. Advice from an old guy who has been through hell and back with this pain in the a** of an issue!

What matters is your face is framed and you have enough hair on your crown to conceal any thinness with fibers or surrounding hairs. Hair transplants at the end of the day are just a permanent method to conceal your hair loss, they will never give you a full head of hair even in areas where it looks like you do (native density is simply impossible to replicate surgically). Your crown still needs another 7 months to grow fully but even if this is what it looks like, a thinning crown is much less of a big deal than a totally bald one and very easy to hide.

For example, you look middle eastern (sorry if im wrong) and middle easterns have the lowest amount of hair on their scalp, around 75k but the hair is so thick it looks like 150k hairs. A European person like me, has 100,000 hairs on the scalp, but it may look like 50k. The fact you went from nearly 0 hairs to this many is remarkable. A few things struck me here with the aftercare. Personally, I think you may be doing too much too frequently with the combo of Shampoo, Conditioner, Rosemary oil & micro needling specifically. It could dry your hair out, make it look fly away but brittle and irritate your scalp at the same time, on top of that your creating frequent small inflammation responses " microneedling" every other day, which would then make the Rosemary penetrate/ irritate the scalp. Doing your daily Minox is obviously essential but I would perhaps mix the Rosemary oil in your shampoo/ rinse once or twice a week, not put it directly on scalp & skip the conditioner. I think less is definitely more sometimes with aftercare and treating hair loss generally.

I am actually looking closely at Vera Clinic for a procedure (already had two FUT procedures at Bosley ten years ago). I believe that in one of the comments, you had mentioned that Vera actually can take donor hair from the beard area (below the chin) and blend it with DHT-resistant hair for implantation into the crown and top. Is that the case? Because I do not have as much donor hair left after two procedures (But I do have an abundance of beard hair), I would like to use some of that beard hair for the crown and top, thereby feeing up some extra DHT-resistant hair from the back and sides to be used on my hairline. P.S. Just found your channel! Good stuff; thanks for sharing for experience and insights with us!

welcome to the channel! But yes Vera does do that, they extract beard hairs below the chin and apply it to the scalp as well for added thickness. The only think to know is that the texture of your beard hair and scalp hair is different, so if you're ok with that, then go for it!

nice i take all the same vitamins you do. i was moderately bald 2 years ago when i started using finasteride and minoxidil and wanted to try and get more hairs and to make it look a little fuller so just recently ordered a topical from musely that contains dutasteride, tretinoin, ketoconazole, and hydrocortizone tp see if itll help. im still fairly bald in my crown area but their is tiny hairs growing there. well see if the new topical helps that area

PRP is not necessary to be honest, but if you want to go ahead with it, around 3 sessions in 5-6 week intervals would be enough 2. I shed hairs from donor area also the thing which is concerning me the most is i do shed 15 - 20 fine hairs ( all thin small weak baby hairs ). This type of shedding started some years back. I cheak my donor area recently with my doctor he said my donor area is healthy. But this thin hair shedding is making me sad and confused is this an early indicator that my donor area will became thin and this thin hair shedding from donor area a warning sign or this is normal.
