    Thank you for making this video. It is very informative. To those that might be discouraged by this video, be encouraged. Ask God how you can improve the food that you are putting into His temple. He will show you what to do. For example, your butcher may have bone broth in the refrigerated meat section that is organic with no preservatives. Just eating more eggs and butter and fish might be what He wants you to do instead of dieting. Don’t feel burdened, His yoke is light. God loves you. He is our Helper. God bless you all. ❤

    What do we do when our food is killing us not everyone can plant their own garden. I stopped gluten and I feel the difference I'm cutting sugar that was an addiction because my husband loves sweets. But there are to bake without sugar. I am new to this Channel this is my first time watching and commenting I have been sick many years I have a library of books and I try to help others at my church. My two are sick with autoimmune issues. All three of us have Hashimoto's and fibromyalgia.

    Most people cannot afford organic especially from a farm that has grass fed animals! Since Covid the prices have gone sky high! So if you have relatives with the right kind of farms I guess you’re very fortunate!

    Also, I already make my own yogurt however not with raw milk. I currently heat my milk to 180 degree F. What temperature would I heat the raw milk to in order to maintain its integrity? Thank you again! Fantastic video.

    I was told that you can make bone broth in the instapot. It completely cools down the bones. I have tried doing the instapit yet but I do make my bone broth in the crockpot. Simmer for two to three days.

    So sorry you have that. I’ve noticed the past several months that I don’t feel well eating those same things. I’m rather suspicious to what is being added and or sprayed on our food. The video has great ideas.I haven’t tried it but I hear A2 milk might be easier to digest. Maybe you could handle organic sprouted grains. The more organic veggies the better. Good luck.

    It’s not the food it’s how it is grown and processed. Absolutely NO packaged foods. Eat real, eat clean, eat healthy. All of those things are usually grown with chemicals.
