I started doing carnivore in January…. I went from a size 22 down to a 16. From 278 down to 230. I feel better, I’m more active. And my air fryer has become my best friend 😂 love your videos ❤

That’s amazing! I am just starting this journey. I was 280 , so I hope I can do as well as you have. So far after 3 days I haven’t either yet, but the keto flu hit me hard today.brain fog has definitely set in.

On the pork chop recipes, try coating the top sides with English mustard. Don't panic if you don't like hot mustard, as the resultant crusty bits of mustard lose all the heat, and just impart lots of taste.

Just air fried a meatloaf this week, burger/pork, eggs, pork panko, salt/pepper, some leftover blue cheese and some scallions. Excellent! Also added some curry powder!

I love all your recipes. Quick, easy, and tasty is what I love. Your carnivore “cereal” sounds especially good. Sirloin is my favorite steak, sirloin has it's own flavor. I dip in butter or like you add fat bits. Good easy receipts.

I haven’t bought an air fryer yet lol ! I think it’s time I did ! It probably doesn’t heat up the house as much as the stove or oven ! I really like the simplicity of it ! Thanks for sharing your recipes ❤ oh and I agree with another commenter on your hair -looks fabulous today !

I started carnivore in September and I also use my air fryer for the majority of my cooking. It's easy, quick and comes with minimal cleanup

We also cook the majority of our meals in our Cuisinart digital air fryer.

I downloaded this to my desktop, (one of a few), back problems and I love my NINJA DG550

Easy cooking on Carnivore!! Nobody seems to mention this. Who doesn’t love this??

Oh dear still haven't opened my airfryer yet. Mmmm so far the cast iron pan is quick and easy. And, usually staying with eggs, butter, beef, lamb, and seafood. 😮 Not having salt but I do have a dehydrater.... five months OMAD 😊

I’m so new at this new way of eating so please don’t judge me! I’m paranoid about eating fat and not counting calories. I’m afraid to gain weight! I started my own version of carnivore due to my paranoia with fat consumption. I cooked ground beef with taco seasoning and that’s what I’ve been eating morning and night…boring! Thank you for this video I’ll try this tasty recipes!

I love your airfryer. I have a small personal one which is a basket fryer but I don't think it Cooks as well as the airfryer oven you have I'm definitely looking into getting it😊 I want to replace the microwave for reheating with the airfryer
