I went from 5 lbs to 7.5lbs and today I just did the whole workout with 10lb weights!!! Whoohooo...Soon I hope to complete it with 15s. "If you need to buy heavier weights...BUY 'EM"!!! I definitely feel stronger!!! Thanks DGF

I absolutely love this workout! Challenging and satisfying when we got done with the 100 for each exercise!
I turned 59 last month. I must say I've feel real good. I do 30 sit-up in the morning and this exercise at night. I was able to do the double leg lift with you this time . It was amazing my daughter couldn't believe it. Thank you for all you do. And I have a membership.

Looks like a fantastic workout. I just had my hip replacement and as soon as it heals, I’m trying this.
This work-put was really really good, my daughter and I work up this morning @6am and did the work-out! Be mindful I hve RA , OA and a disc in my lower back touching the nerve.it’s not easy for me at all but I’m pushing my way. Thank you Donovan .

It is rough. I had to adjust on shoulders. alternating from total partial shoulders. I pushed self but made it. Thanks

I did it 100 rep all the way to the end Started out with 5 pounds and ending up with 10 pounds
Miracles do happen...I did it!!! I have to go buy heavier dumbells but I made it through with what I had for today. Thanks!!!

My 5s are getting heavy 😢
Workout was a challenge. the weights I used were 2 pounds. Don't laugh. that workout was so hard!
