    M.G. I've been doing your burpees for 60 days now. Results. Lost the last 10 pounds I've been struggling to lose and am shredded. The guys at the gym sitting on their machines are all taking notice. Burpees are the secret sauce to putting it all together. However, I'm stuck on pop ups. I feel like I'm going to face plant every time I try them. I start my burpees routine with your warm up (10 toe touches, 10 rocking chairs, 10 kick outs, then 10 1 pump). Any suggestions on how to do pop ups? Thanks man.

    That’s right homie. Fukn awesome hearing that you’re getting results. People sleep on the burpees. Definitely try doing the KICKOUTS and bring your hands off the ground with a kind of balancing act but with a robotic technique stopping at the pike position. Strengthen your abs and lower back because that’s where the pop ups emphasis is. Remember it’s a pop up so really try popping off the ground when starting the push up. I’ll do a video on it.     @@MANDATORY.G Thank you bro. I followed you on Instagram and am looking forward to a pop-up how to video when you have the time. Taking nothing away from the other guys (Iron Wolf, Burpees King, Moses), but your rhythm is so smooth. I've been really slowing things down and and getting into a flow. One thing that helped was slowing down your videos and watching hand placement, foot placement, and overall timing. I wrote it before, but all the meat heads at the gym sitting on a machine are really paying attention. Calisthenics is where it's at. Full-body Warrior shit. Keep up the great work.
