I agree with the last point a lot!! Winning isn't always everything. Even if you may have reached a point in the game where you obviously have lost the game, you don't need to be in the mentality of giving up. Dodgeball is still a game so always have fun with it all too. It's really fun especially when cool things happen. More than what the final score of a game is, I remember the highlights that happen in a game! There's always going to be that opportunity to produce a cool play as long as you don't give up. Aim for that sick catch or satisfying round win until the very end.

Really good tips, also I feel like dodgeball players overall dont understand the need for warming up before playing Dodgeball. There is a reason Handball players warmup for atleast 30 minutes before playing. The human body is not made for throwing so much in quick succession, also dodgeballs are really light which increases the risk of injuries! Greetings from a chilly Sweden!

I dodge…that’s what I’m good at it. Throwing and catching are not my strong suits…
