I was watching the weather last night when a tornado struck Norman. After searching KZread to look at the damage I saw this video. I hope you and your family are safe . 🙏🏻 prayers for everyone in Norman who were involved.

My prior landlord writes tenant default letters. I received three or four in a three months time. It was hurtful. Case mgmt intervened. I wish I could find a condo. Keep up the good work.

People get dicked around and end up back on the street, too.

Yeah, don't move to Dallas if you think Norman's housing is not affordable.😊

The city streets are horrible, just like Tulsa. Also the Cops around OU are annoying and petty.

I think one of the problems with Norman having so much land area is the city restrictions reach so far out into the country. I know someone who lived around 8 or 10 miles from town. A city inspector told him the bars on his porch rails were too far apart and he would have to undo his work. Another man who has outstanding ability in construction was to.d that he would not be allowed to sell his home later because the windows were not correct by city standards. ( His home had been moved from central Norman.) These people feel as if they are living in a communist country.

Having lived all over the country, I think maybe you should move. If I had three the things you said that you didn’t like I would move. I actually like it in the Tulsa area better than Florida Chicago Atlanta 20 miles from Lake superior. Not sure why anybody would want to go to who is the realtor if you hate the state that much.

The biggest problem with Norman is there are too many people here! Just because the town has a large area doesn't mean it should be filled up! Nearly every problem you mentioned is a result of too many people moving to this town! When we had 68,000, it was a great town. Now it's just a mess of traffic and strip malls and micro mini dorms and a whole bunch of unnecessary tearing down of landmarks and building mega churches, banks and chicken fast food restaurants! I feel as though Norman has been and is continuing to be destroyed by urban sprawl and outrageous population growth that some people want to call PROGRESS! My hometown is under siege by investors simply because there is a university here! I won't even go there about OU trying to consume Norman. That has been going on here since the beginning!
