Great video, I’ve been bullet journalling for over five years and I still found useful and refreshing. While I love watching setup videos with intricate deco and often use goache paintings for spread backgrounds, it’s really sad that people who could really benefit from bullet journalling get put off by that stuff. I’m definitely subbing and I’m excited to see more videos :)

Needed the self care categories. Think I’m gonna call this self care summer and unwind a bit
I really like the self care pages and have added them to my bullet journal. I have tried using some pages outside my bullet journal or in self contained form but find it hard to stick to. I use my bullet journal daily and so it makes sense to have it all in one place. Thanks again for sharing.
This is my second year bullet journaling, and I wish I'd found your videos when I started. As a side note, your voice is ridiculously calming - I could listen to you talk for hours, lol. Thank you for sharing your ideas and experience!

I love this! I kept a bujo when I was teaching, but when I retired after 36 years, I let it go. This self-care really spoke to me. I was widowed suddenly- my husband was healthy and I had just spoken to him two hours earlier- I found him and did CPR until EMTs arrived. After 43 years, I find myself struggling, I think these layouts will really help me! Thank you.

I am so impressed to see how you 'send out' a number of different and easily produced spreads for all of us to use/ adapt/ etc. I especially liked your comment here on self care activitites...' make a damm schedule for your self care activities...' !! I have started a really great journal this week based on several of your spreads. We were shown the idea at our first Lettering Arts Guild (RED DEER) meeting of the season. This spoke to me so much. Personalizing my own journal. I went right to michaels and got four journals (bogo free)!! I'm adding my own spreads and doing each monthly layout differently to find the one I like the best. My question is: I simply can't read these headings clearly on my computer even when I pause it. In the self care needs pread that starts with emotional, spiritual, physical, social ... what is the last heading. It kind of looks like general but I'm not sure. Many thanks for all you great ideas. Your presentation is very clear, organized and well presented.

I really like how you fill your bullet journal, so simple but so meaningful ❤ I noticed that you are a left-handed person like me, have you some tips about how to write down with a gel pen or a kind of pens like this? I always messed up my spread pages with my gel pen 😅 anyway thank you for your videos ❤

I unfortunately don't have any tips for you - for me it's been trial and error 😅 I guess turn your notebook at an angle and give yourself time to let the ink dry! It all depends on the pen you use!

I want to thank you for this video. I'm working on my third try to start a bullet journal, with the last one stopped over 4 years ago. This time I wanted to set it up to help me work on my mental and physical health and this video fits so perfectly with what I'm trying to do. Wins of the day is something I already am familiar with and was planning to pull into my bujo, but you gave me many more ideas and tools to make the bujo work better for me. Especially the love and happiness spreads are something that look like they are not overwhelming to do, but so very helpful. Thank you and I wish you all the best for 2022!

Hello! I just turn to a new page and start a spread. Then I mark it in the index. It makes my bullet journal messy since not everything is orderly and categorized, but I personally don't mind the mess since I'm not trying to be perfect with my bujo! Hope that helps :)

I wrote plans in my notebooks for years, but I've never thought about orginizing it in pages with index 😅 And all those artfull pages on Instagram scared me to do BuJo! 😆

What are some reasons up you might use a journal vs a binder? the binder seem to be more flexible for edits and such. I’m curious?

I think it's totally personal preference! I don't necessarily think one is better than the other, I just use whatever I have :)
Amazing video!! I do have a question- when you make spreads such as "things that make you happy", or "things you like about yourself", do you find the value more in writing these things out, or in re-reading them later on when you are feeling down?

Hi Sasha, to be honest I don't personally make spreads like this - I made this video for anybody who may resonate in using these spreads. But I think there is value in sitting down, thinking, and writing these things out. And there's also value in having these gentle reminders as you re-read them later! 😊
