Do you ever deal with ink smudging? I don't know why but I just switched to leuchtturm notebooks for its paper quality, but now have found the ink smearing a lot easier. I don't know if its the pen I use or what but, it generally takes a lot longer to dry.

Most people don’t know the physics behind small microclimates. It is so interesting. Certain pieces of clothing when loose will stay at a temperature cooler than your skin so will give an air conditioning kind of effect when done correct. Also I lived in the Arizona desert and the sun will start to bake you like a turkey in an oven if your skin is not covered. You stay cooler being covered strategically. But as for modesty, I have one thing to say… none of us are for sale and our bodies are precious to be saved for love alone.

Starting this journaling journey has been a long-time goal for me, but I was often overwhelmed by the complexity of other planning videos. Your video made everything much simpler and more approachable.

I find gratitude journaling the best option to become a more positive person. And as we know, positivity is the key to being able to get more confident and loving yourself more. Of course finding confidence isn't only about writing things down, but a journal can help you think of the things you have to work on. It's a good way to praise yourself after you've did something scary. And that's how confidence grows. By letting us know what we've done best. By reflecting ourselves and our wins. It's such a good and useful idea to ACTUALLY glow up. Besides going out and doing new stuff, even scary things:) for example: talking to a stranger, having a deep conversation with someone you wouldn't usually talk to about emotions or whatever....

Wow I love how you put self-care or stuff that would be easy interspersed through your routine... I always focus so much on what I HAVE to do that tbh I end up not...doing it at all. I'm so behind on everything and I also don't spend or delegate a time to clearing things, partly due to the overwhelm and the mess that's already there. I know it will take a long time to clear out the stuff I have because it's been loading up for a long time, and I also have a lot of other important things to do.
Thank God for this, my wife dresses modestly sometimes, but unfortunately she wears tank tops that really aren't modest.

Dear Claudia, Thank you very much for this. You did good. Now, if you're looking for modest swimwear the Muslims have some styles and another way to go is wearing rash guards, just like women who surf. Some wear them with longer shorts type bottoms as well. Or one pieces that look like dive suits often of SPF fabrics. They protect their skin. It's important not to wear a big t over a bikini as some have drowned doing that. About the top; from what I can see, it looks like it's shirred, if so, removing the shirring stitching from the back might make it loose and floaty. It would take time, but just be careful not to cut the fabric if you want to do it. Also some communities libraries are adding sewing machines and even sergers and classes to their services. Lately, I've been focusing on writing out lists for what brings me joy and gratitude. Spiritual practices help me combat my anxiety, but I would also like to incorporate more faith-based content because I am in a weekly small group in my church
I'm 14 years old now and started bujo when i was 12 but at that time my focus was on making it pretty and not making any mistakes whenever i make i mistake i used to tear the page and then i stopped doing it after 3-4 months because it was overwhelming now after a year and half I'm starting bullet journal again. keeping it minimal and your videos was so helpful for that.
