10 Roller Coasters I Owe An Apology To

In 2023, I set a goal of reviewing a different roller coaster, every day, for all 365 days of the year. Having now achievied that epic goal, it was time to reflect back on some of those reviews, and maybe give some a second thought! My scoring system was of course, incredibly arbitrary and not exactly scientific. So in this video (my first ever at-home recording!), I go over 10 roller coasters that I personally underrated, and deserved much higher scores than I gave them in person. Enjoy!

I think you need to get to No Cal- Flight Deck is the California invert with the incredible final helix over the water, plus the park has GoldStriker. Glad to see American Eagle, Full Throttle & Grizzly get a bump up. Looking forward to that "overrated chant for Nitro!!!!"

CGA is an amazing park. DK is my home park, and I love the ride lineup at that park!

Absolutely on the wish list for 2024! Really the only significant area in the US, along with Lagoon, I haven’t been to

Great work with the new format! I do wish you had gotten a 2023 ride on Raging Bull, it was running so much better last year than 2022, barely trimming the first camelback.

Thank you so much Tim!! I’ll be honest Raging Bull was for sure one I debated throwing in the video, I just don’t remember it being entirely too memorable after the drop. More rides are for sure needed!
American Eagle was the last wooden coaster to have a drop/speed record and it held it from 1981 until 1988. That's more important that it being Intmin's 2nd coaster, which is meaningless considering their 1st coaster was Wilderness Run at Cedar Point. In any case I loved this video; thanks for posting!

Thank you for fixing the Cali coasters here. They are so good! And ridden so much less that they get underrated like CRAZY. Would be interested in seeing you make your own top 25 list without looking at these and then compare lol.

Most underrated coasters imo 1 Cheetah Hunt (I know this gets alot of love but I really didn't think maverick was much better than this honestly) 2 Griffon (the best dive imo) 3 Patriot (moving towards a top tier invert rather than a bottom tier one) 4 Candymonium (same thing as Patriot) 5 Joker (nowhere near a bottom tier RMC) 6 Medusa: Gadv (maybe not underrated moreso polarizing) 7 Wildfire: SDC (I honestly liked this more than incredible hulk which is a massive hot take) 8 Phantoms Revenge (a borderline top ten steel coaster imo) 9 The Bat (6th best coaster at kings island imo) 10 Kraken (easily the best floorless imo)

It's funny how riding a coaster on different days, different times and multiple times can change an opinion. Sometimes it might be your own mood. Sometimes it's a complete re-track in the case of Grizzly to make it better. But, those were your scores at that moment in time.

I had a HORRENDOUS back row ride last year 😫, after a pretty good experience in 2021! So that’s a “as of right now” ranking. Absolutely has a chance to redeem itself (like Apollo did!)

What I got out of this video is that you think Diamondback is the worst hyper out there…you’re crazy! It’s one of the elite hypers out there. Immediate thumbs down because of this

We’re allowed opinions? Most hypers are really good, if one has an issue (like to me, Diamondback is by far the roughest), it’s going to go towards the bottom. Glad a 1 second clip of a 12 minute video is what you got out of it though

@coaster365 if you think Boss is too rough then your old or just very sensitive or more likely you have agenda and pick and choose rides you want shit on. If Boss wasn't at Six Flags park you would not be pushing the rmc agenda like you are.
