So excited I found you! I did pilates around the time my kids were born (nearly 20 years ago) & stopped when life got hectic. Now, I’m wanting to start back but needed to go back to true beginner exercises until I can do the advanced moves once again. You provide EXACTLY what I need. I just started the workouts about a month ago and really enjoy them a lot. It’s hard to get to the gym sometimes so I use your videos on my stay home days. wow.. that first position had me out of breath already. I love that in pretty much all your videos, you support taking breaks in between if we have to. I definitely needed a breather after the fist couple moves. such an awesome workout!

I’ve had some lower abdominal pain at night and after thinking it was connected to stomach issues I now believe it is related to lower back and hip issues and your Pilates workouts have been a godsend! This is a serious workout! I didn't think that you can sweat that much in 10 minutes :).
Thank you for this workout Jessica, it really worked my abs. Was a bit of a challenge for me as I haven't done exercise in a while. My back was really hurting today though so not sure what I did wrong. I couldn't stay up high with my shoulders and do all the leg switching. Xx

How do you decide how many reps of each move to do and overall sets?

Is this a no, no for mild prolapse? Trying to find as many prolapse friendly exercises as possible!!

Thanks for your extremely useful videos, they have been very helpful while I am recovering from abdominal surgery (hysterectomy) that was 5 months ago. Are these exercises safe in this situation (post-op)?

As long as your doctor has released you to all exercise they would be fine to try!
I have a wrist problem, can you please do a workout that doesn't require me to take my upper body weight on my flexed wrists? I can hold small weights because my wrist isn't bent and the weight is less than my body weight!
I am 75 and have some osteoporosis. Are these exercises safe for me to do? They look great.
