Love your videos. I can choose to do one, or two or more if I have the time. This one is a must I had a C section 16 years ago and gave birth only 18 months after that. I though my lower abs were a lost cause but they're getting strong again!

Im trying to learn about all this. Recent MRi showed I have cystocele, stage 3 cervical prolapse, rectocele 5.7cm, and excessive widening of Levator Hiatus and excessive widening of anorectal junction/perineum (which I believe is the prolapse of rectum- mucosal prolapse) Im being referred to a couple surgeons but I like to learn about whats going on. im 43, never had kids, but I also have a lot of other health problems and I think whatever else is causing my issues, is probably causing this one. It takes forever to get help- I really dont want to have surgery but Ive had 8 other surgeries already so whats another one or two? I have no idea why I would have all these prolapses either. I dont have a history of constipation either or overweight.

I am 45 and I have went through all the different avenues of trying to help my vault prolapse. I do not want surgery due to the mesh. For some reason I am so nervous about this surgery. I had a hernia repair 18 years ago and mesh was used. I had no issues. This time I am worried about it. I don't know what to do.

Thank you for this video. I keep looking for various exercise routines so I don't get bored and can also work on different body parts etc and I usually always look for phrases like "low impact" and "beginner friendly" but sometimes I still get burnt. I tried a new video today which had me do this weird ice skating exercise followed by squats and then backwards lunges and my knees at that point decided to protest. I don't have a knee injury but I do have hypermobility and am currently quite unfit and over the years, I've noticed that everytime I get into exercising, my knees usually start acting up. That said, I have to try some form of exercise as I feel like a 29 year old going on 60 body wise.

I’m a 65 year old former personal trainer who now has a lot of knee pain. Thank you so much for these exercises. I’ve had a knee x-ray and I’m told I have a bone spur on my quad even though the pain is on the inner side and rear. I will do these exercises daily. Thank you!

So you don’t push the back to the floor, just draw belly button towards the spine, right?

Ok, I'm not very good at sticking to exercise routines...I just did this one for the second time, and see my previous comment was 3 months ago! Sheesh! 😂 no wonder I'm so stiff can barely move. It's backpacking season though, and I need my hips, so I'll be doing this one on a more regular basis.

I’m not very old I’m only 18 but people keep telling me I have no reason to have back pain. I was thrown from my horse two years ago, I was diagnosed with a torn disc and five herniated discs. I went to pt and got better then was involved in another injury a year later resulting in two more herniated discs. So thank you for helping people all the way from 80 to 18 it’s a wonderful thing!!!

I’m a teen that just got diagnosed with hypermobility because my injury was taking waaay longer to heal than normal, and things like in depth massages and stretches gradually made it worse. I’m going to be assessed for EDS by a geneticist soon, and I just really appreciate how your channel is a great help to those with all sorts of conditions. I feel so odd being a teen, where I should be my strongest, and feeling my weakest. I am on the road to strengthening, it won’t be easy, and that’s ok ❤
