Heyy, didn’t see any feedback or comments of affirmative progression here, so I decided to write one. I am the last person that should be writing about progress of any kind in my self, let alone in the fitness world. I’m fighting thyroid issues and a slow metabolism, but in the journey of fighting those bad things in me I got into cardio. And no, I’m not what you’d think a cardio girl looks like, I’m 140 lbs. right now, need to drop plenty more. Juice and Toya, and obla have given me amazing resources concerning the “hiit + cardio” workouts. But, about this workout specifically. A month ago, I could hardly do a girl push-up, on knees. I was pretty embarrassed about the fact for a while, but then I realized something. I can hold a plank for too long, but I can’t do a simple push-up? Finding this video I realized it’s the tiny muscles in my arms that needed to grow along to be able to master the push-up. I did this 10 minute workout 6 days a week for one month along with about 40-60 mins of j+t hiit cardio. It works. I was gradually able to master that push-up I couldn’t do for years. I’m still doing this circuit often, to build up reps and get a stronger form. I realize I’m terribly late to the comment section, but I decided to leave this here in case someone does happen to see it. Remember, right now it’s today’s pain, but tomorrow it’s yesterday’s progress. If it burns it works ~Misi

This is the best workout ever it works so much i seen results immediately after the first time . i had noodle arms now. I can see my muscles ❤

OMG, has anyone else collapsed on their face while attempting this??!! 🤣 Staying with it though! My push-up game was tight 30 years ago, trying to slowly get some of it back with modifiers, oofah it’s TOUGH!! But my posture will be better!!

Best push-up workout ever! I’ve been doing this workout for a few weeks and I’m still feeling that burn. Thanks Juice and Toya
Just discovered you both a few days ago. You must have read my mind, posting this -- thank you so much! Love how real you both are. 💕 Toya, wishing you freedom from pain. xxx

Absolutely fantastic beginner upper body workout! This video was just challenging enough to push me hard while still being totally doable. It met me right where I was at!
I’m so excited I came across you guys page. I’ve been needing at home workouts to target my upper body (for push-ups), and core (for sit ups), so I can go back in the service, but as a single mother I don’t really have anyone to babysit while I go to the gym for a few hrs throughout the week. I have about 10/15 more pounds to be back at my regular “pre-baby” weight and to be at a good bmi for the army again, and I’m just overall super excited to get back in shape and to be able to do while still tending to my son.
I have been doing this for almost 2 and a half months every other day and I already saw a big improvement but still need to exercise. Thank you! You are wonderful ❤
lovely, just what I was looking for! LOVE the production, so clean and well put together! I hope I manage my first proper pushup soon ;)
Week 4, Day 2: Loving this push-up challenge. My main goal doing this was yo gain strength and I feel stronger and extra motivated every time I see push-up exercises.
I'm glad I found your channel. Lately, I'm trying hard to start my first push up but couldn't find a perfect way to do it. Now, I have you for a companion and guide. I'll update you soon when I make it.
I found your channel yesterday and did the 20min Cardio HITT video and loved it! Today gonna be day 2 of doing your workout videos! Thank you
Thank God I found this vid. This workout isn't easy but I managed to finish it. The pace is just perfect
Wow, this was exactly what I've been looking for! I wanted a "beginner" push-up routine that wasn't boring, because honestly, I hate doing push-ups! But I am 66 and know I need to build up my strength. This workout was a lot more fun and I can feel it! I'm saving this one.
Week 4 Day 2: Today, I gave MORE with 3/4 workouts completed. I came back tonight for MORE because I needed to put in MORE work with push-ups. The Wide Push-Up seemed to work better for me vs. the Narrow Push-Up. FINISH STRONG! 🤗
This is a great 10 minute for building pushup strength, even if you can already do pushups. Several veriations to work all those little muskles that normally are neglected. Did it all.
This is awesome. I am going from 0 to 1 and this is the best I've found. Thank you! One good push up. All the way down, all the way up, solid form all the way. Then 2. Then 10.
Gotta knock in a workout before bed. Thank you guys for this short video! ❤
Thanks so much for another great video!! We discovered you guys a little over a month ago and have now made a meeting with you guys every morning at 5! So challenging and rewarding already! Praying for continued progress and healing for Toya and you guys to remain strong and healthy so we can have Juice and Toya for seniors LOL!!!

Thank you so much! 😊 So glad youre enjoying the channel! 🔥
Recovering from tendinitis and this is great rehab therapy for me! Pushups used to be fairly easy(ish), but now I’ve gotta start from ground zero now that pain is mostly gone. Even had to stay on knees and elevate arms to bench for more assist. Thanks for this and I’ll lyk the progress.
Loving this follow along! Three days in a row doing it and I feel the difference! Ill keep on doing it :D thanksss
I had surgery on my left shoulder four years ago, and if I don't keep training those muscles they weaken very quickly. I didn't put fitness among my priorities in the last months so... here I am, weak upper body gang! thank you so much for this video, I have saved it in my 2024 workout playlist
I'm so happy I stubbled across you guys! Thank you for existing
I could not do a proper push-up just a month ago. But after continuing this daily routine, I’m getting really close! Thank you Juice & Toya! 💪🥳
I was soooo proud of myself for completing this is I like most of us struggle with push-ups, i am into strength training and am so embarrassed that I can't do push-ups or pull-ups, but let me tell you after this i was extremely proud!!!
Amazing! I haven't been able to get one push up and am hopeful with discipline using this video, I can get there soon! Will check back in for progress!
love this! after years of no core/upper body strength, trying to work up to pushups
Thank you this is so good! Most things I could handle but that last iso hold I definitely need to work on :)
Thank you for this workout!! I didn’t know push up progression video exists till today 😂 y’all made push up much more fun for me. I have been struggling to learn this on my own. This is challenging and easy to follow at the same time!!
I love this exercise 😍😍 you guys are so amazing that you deconstructed the push up into different parts, I’ve done it more than 5 times over the past week, I love the pump right after and definitely see the progress. 🎉
Thank you for that workout! I just used it as the finisher for my chest day 💪🏾. Great push
this was so challenging in the beginning but after 3 weeks i already can do 3 push ups when i couldn't do even 1 omg
Love this! Great little burst of fitness!
This was tough after yesterday's Arms/Abs EMOM workout but I finished! I look forward to using this weekly to improve my pushups. Depending on the exercise, I averaged 5-8 in 40 seconds 😬 I am determined to make some progress 💪🏽
Loving these workouts. THANKS
Really enjoyed this which helps a lot to perfect the push- ups thank you to both of you from Montreal Canada
W2d3, I was afraid of what the finisher may be, and if I needed the “optional” finisher. But I decided I can’t skip out on a workout and clicked the link. Grateful it was more strength based, even though I did do triceps/back before the workouts today, so I could really focus on my muscles and form (and recover my breath from the cardio 😂). Feeling great, can’t wait for tomorrow! Going to get a nice walk in too cause the weather is so nice today!!
Thank you .... a perfect video for my body to improve my strength and confidence .....just started today
Had been pretty consistent since the 4 week challenge ended, but then...vacation. Did the 10 minute shoulder vid and this just now - my arms are limp spaghetti noodles!! Love it. Miss you. All the best!
I've been doing this for four days and I already see progress!🎉
My second time trying this and omg, the burnnnnn! I'm gonna keep doing this twice a week :) thanks for the cool video.
Love this video!!
This will definitely help my form for better quality push ups! Thanks!
This is great, breaking down the moves to strengthen all the muscles needed. Thanks for making workouts fun and with accurate form!

Thank you Guys. I struggle with push up , so I am pleased I came across this one. Let’s see how it goes. 💪🏾💪🏾
Love this, just finished the workout and I definitely felt the muscle activation. I will be returning to this often to supplement my circus and calisthenics training. Can you guys make a video like this for pull-ups please?!
Week 2 day 2 of celebration challenge 11/1/22. Never been able to do a push up. Always lacked the upper body strength. I will definitely be sore tomorrow. Hope to get one solid push up at the end of this 4 week journey!!! Loved this workout quick and to the point
Did this workout after your shoulder dumbell circuit video and tHE BURN IS INSANE!! love u guys as always keep doing your thing 🤍
Week 4 day 2: Toya:... alright so that finishes up our little 10 minute workout. Me: 👀, sis this wasn't no 'little' workout 🤣. The struggle was real but glad i completed it, excited to see my progress!
Really glad I found this video. Most other ones I've found didn't work as well for my goal, but your guys' is spot on for me. I tried becoming a correctional officer over a year ago and passed everything except not being able to do 1 pushup. I'm 30 years old, 5'10, and 300 lbs. I am now applying this to my daily workouts so I can reapply for correctional officer training. Thank you thank you both so much

Doing this until I get my first 5 proper push ups Day 1 : Felt good instantly. Day 2 : Noticed that my form is not correct. Day 3 : I did take extra breaks but I'll try not to next time.(still can't lower my chest fully) Day 4 : Rest day (but tried doing normal pushups and they were quite good in form than before). Day 5 : Dis this with super fatigued arms. Day 6 : My arms and shoulders are so sore today because of the shoulder workout of yesterday but still done this because I want to get my first 5 proper push ups 🥹💪🏼. Day 7 : My form was quite good today except for the last one.Hoping that we will get there soon. Day 8 : Came here after an intense upper body session and MY GOD! This was a killer finisher.I was aiming to perform all the variations slowly with good form but that last hold is definitely a killer,i could not get up after that hold. Tomorrow I'll try this before my actual workout and see if i perform better. Day 9: I actually did this before my actual workout but it was still hardd!! But i know that i will get stronger eventually if i don't quit. Day 10:Did it I AM NOT QUITTING Day 11: Taking a 2 day break for reducing my stress levels (I'm a pcos girly). Update: With the proper rest period and practice,I could do 5 regular push ups noww! Rooting for narrow push ups next.
This is also good for bed time quick workout before going to sleep. Two thumbs-up
I loved the eccentric pushs up made me feel like I was doing a regular one. Still doing push ups from my knees which is great but that is something I want to work on is being able to gain the strength to do more than one regular push up. This is a great work out for that type of strength building. Oh yeah week 2 day 2 😊
I love this so much thanks for the amazing content
I will say that going by this I need a lot of Strength training. I find this some what harder then I thought it would be. It's also killing my knees. 54 and I will continue doing what I can and in the end I will make me healthier and stronger...
This is quickly turning into one of my favorite upper body home workouts
Today was my day 1. Thanks for the workout!!!❤️🔥
Wow guy's I admire you and your workout videos I just started and they are amazing thank you for sharing your love and dedication to help others I will do my best to keep going I appreciate your help thank you so much and both of you are amazing love the connection both of you have keep it up God bless you both.

Week 4 day 2 of celeb challenge 11/15/22. Loved doing this for the second time. Will definitely do once a week maybe more until I can do a solid pushup not on my knees. This definitely gives you solid moves to achieve a push-up bc I can feel it in spots I never have before!
A fantastic workout!!! I really enjoyed it and also found it extremely effective. 🙏Thank you so much
Brilliant! Thank you
Love this workout!
Week 2 Day 2. Did this with my 13 year old son who has a shared goal with me to do a push up!
