I have been meaning to join you. Especially from the day you started the morning challenge which I loved and which introduced me to your style of teaching. You are the best! Routines that challenge me but at the same time slow enough to do them right. Also your vocal instructions are fantastic with your soothing voice. Unfortunately I have a back surgery at the end of September and I won't be able to practice til November. Don't know how I will live without🤔. Hopefully the price won't rise so I can sign up then. Sorry and thank for the answer.

i usually find the way people talk in yoga videos annoying but you are the first one who has a very soft way of speaking this was soo good honestly
When you said "how does your body feel", the biggest smile came across my face. Your energy is contagious and I am so happy I found your channel.

Thank you for letting me keep breathing. As I am thinking that I am ok with my mental health I didn’t cause yesterday my body was holding me back of getting proper breathing cause the last week I didn’t had time to do yoga or excercises or maybe I didn’t make enough time. So this short but keeping me noticing to breath is keeping me grounded for today thank you.

I am happy to attend this video, the calmness with your voice, the selection of relaxing music, the method of filming, and the flexibility and ease of movements. I was impressed and relieved while doing and listening to that, thank you! And to everyone who contributed to the manifestation of this video and my presence in it, a small note that I want to mention, and it is what makes the video more beautiful, which is more slowness and a longer period of time between one movement and the next. It should be very slow and quiet and the movement takes more time. I like that so that I do not feel that I have to focus more. also because the movements are comfortable and it is nice to have a slower presence. Thank you again 🕊️🌷🫧☀️🍃🪄

Really like this type of sequence to get the old, stiff joints moving before starting long, morning practice. Used this to warm up, a bit, for more intense yin stretches. :)

Hello Jessica. Thank you for creating a video for brief yoga after waking up to stretch out tight limbs in the morning.
