    Hi Caroline! Thank you for a fun workout, im looking to maintain my weight and forget about the grazing and snacking I do quite often. Helps me forget about cravings and the number on the scale I see in the morning that goes up and down!!! Drives me crazy!🙄

    Hi, I have low energy. I was in the gym every day for 1 hr, daily. Could not get the weight moving. I started intermittent fasting and I lost 3 pounds. Now I’m stable again no weight movement. Please help.
