10 Minute Full Body Pre-Workout Stretch/Warm-Up Routine
Follow along with us for a full body 8-10 minute stretch that will be effective for any workout that you're going into. This warm-up routine targets the major muscle groups plus it is very quick and efficient. We split this warm-up into upper, lower, and t-spine movements so you can take what you need from it if you just want to focus on a particular muscle group before your workout. This is perfect! Most pre-workout routines feel like an actual workout, but this one stretches everything perfectly! And that wrist stretch is genius 💜

Good Morning! Here for Day 4- I am glad I have taken warm up exercises from this video and other videos and mixed them up to do before each workout. I’m 60 next month, I’m very muscular 6’ 3” and 260 Was looking to lose 20 and get back into running shape, So I found your stretching routine I discovered that I’m way stiffer than I have been in the past. Thanks for sharing. I have a ways to go before I can do what you guys are doing

The most beneficial stretch for me would be the cat-cow stretch since I had some experiences with lower back pain during some workouts in the past, and implementing some of these types of stretches to workouts would be a relief. 😊

I’ve been lifting consistently for 6 years and have managed to build a good physique although I hardly ever stretched since I stopped playing sports. Your guys page has saved me. My depth in squats and leg movements is a million times better. Thank you ❤️

The active hamstring stretch is one of my favorites. Feels so good to loosen up. Majority of the time during a fitness challenge or during any personal fitness goals we are so concerned with pushing to the maximum we forget the importance of recovery . I know I’m guilty of this .! This felt great. Day 4 down in the books . ✅

Day three done! I used this warm up before yesterday's cardio, and it was a great way to start today. The tabletop stretch with the wrists felt amazing after so many plank exercises the past couple days :) Morning workouts are the way to go for me-getting psyched for tomorrow's AMRAP!

These were great Day 4 recovery stretches - I think the most beneficial one for me was the plank to down dog. I just love a good down dog! Really need to warm up more, so I am going to try and work this into all of my pre-workout routines. Great job, guys!
