Ooh yeah, I loved this, heart rate is pumping 💓 I dint have kettle bells (yet!) so I improvised with x2 1.5Kgs weights, think that did a similar range of exercises. Having done a core & pelvic yoga class yesterday, I could definitely feel it in my tummy so, hopefully doing it right 🤞🏻 I always laugh when you say this is one of my favs because I know it’s going to be a belter 😂

Thank you for this workout! I’ve not hit menopause yet, but as a busy mom of 6 in her 30s this is exactly what I need-short, sweet, effective! (Ps. Also, thank you, thank you for wearing all of your clothes 😂)
