    I'm glad to see you making videos again. Your standing pilates are my favorite! It was a little hard to hear your audio in this video but I liked the deep core workout!

    Yay! Youre making videos again! I will be back. I just had surgery on my knee but your older workouts were my go tos before i tried gymnastics over 40 😂

    Great video! I'm generally pretty strong and like to keep fit, but I've noticed some weakness in my core and shoulder stability (hello injuries). This was perfect and challenging! Gonna add this to my weekly routine. Thanks!! ❤
